Alles super. Nur zu empfehlen.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und reichlich vorhanden. Das Hotel ist ausgestattet mit einem Innenpool und zwei Außenpools, einem Spa, Minigolf und einem Fitnessraum. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es wird jeden Tag Animation geboten, dies aber nicht aufdringlich.

Die Zimmertüren fallen sehr laut ins Schloss, was zu Störungen bei der Nachtruhe führte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht. Dieses bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammen geschoben wurden. Leider rutschten diese auch sehr leicht auseinander, sobald man sich im Bett herum drehte.

Nice clean hotel

Lovely and clean large hotel. Nice pool area and good breakfast included which was very good. About a 20 min walk to the Port. Nice rooms and very comfy bed. There are 2 family pools and a very small adult pool which I think could be made bigger. Just off the main road from shops and restaurants.

Emailed the hotel about a week before asking if they did shuttle service from airport and recieved a reply the day after we got home saying they didnt! Not very good customer service

Not so good for non German guests

The food is great. Hot things are served.

It's full of old German guests. It does not feel like to be in Spain. Everyone including hotel staff speaks either Spanish or German. Non German people, please rethink about booking in this hotel.

Overall - really great.

Full size 25m indoor pool was just amazing. Food was tasty and with a great variety. Location was also great for me - both quiet and within walking distance both to sea and to Cala Ratjada Harbor.

The gym was pretty basic. There were a lot of different desserts every day, but I didn't enjoy them - I would prefer fewer but tastier. Any drinks are paid on dinner - I would appreciate at least water and maybe tee for free.

Loved the spa and location.

We liked it all - location, comfort, great pool area and spa. The food was good quality at breakfast and evening meal, loads of choice. We especially liked the fact that Mallorcan dishes, like frito mallorquin was on the menu.

The scrambled eggs and poor orange juice at breakfast.

Superb

Great location, very nice and clean hotel, good breakfast as well as dinner, very nice stuff.

Beds have wheels that can not be fixed, the whole bed moved everytime you turned. Outdoor pool was cold at the end of October, it would be nice if it was heated.

A pity we couldn’t stay longer!

The bedroom was very spacious, beautiful pool view and the shower has the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Special mention to Steven who promptly resolved a small issue I had during my stay, he is an asset to the hotel. Also, lady at reception who helped me book a bus back to the airport with a short notice was very kind, unfortunately I can’t remember her name. Atmosphere at the main pool is lovely, music all day long, bar nearby and activities such as paella cooking show or water exercise with the animator. And most importantly, the hotel is spotlessly clean and smells unbelievably fresh. Food was also nice and varied each day which was good as we were staying for 9 days.

Honestly, nothing. The only thing I can mention is that 90% of guests are German nationals which did not bother me at all as they’re all lovely but we couldn’t make any new friends as no English speakers (not hotels fault obviously). Also, the bar could be open a bit longer but there are plenty of bars around the corner so not a big issue.

Luxurious hotel with great breakfast buffet

The breakfast buffet had a huge assortment and I loved being able to swim in the inside swimming pool every morning.

The bed had two legs with wheels which couldn't be completely fixed which meant that the bed moved slightly when one turned around in it. Also I laid awake one morning because a tour bus came to pick up guests at 5 a.m. and did not switch off the motor for half an hour.

would recommend, great stay

Pool area was very lovely, lots of space with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. Breakfast had a lot of variety and generally all food was tasty. Very clean hotel, no dirt in sight. Hotel is done to a very high standard and the decor is lovely. Brilliant location in Cala Ratjada; quick walk to the beautiful Cala Agulla beach and about a 10 minute walk to the port where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Close to bus stop to travel to other beaches. About a 2 min walk from the hotel entrance there is more restaurants and a SPAR.

Great experience! Totally recommended!

Breakfast was good with many choices, salted and sweet. We appreciated it a lot!

Actually I can't think about anything in particular to improve. Maybe the TV service in the rooms, but I don't think people with travel here to watch TV.

It was a great stay

The hotel looks very nice. The swimming pool area is great for relaxing or grabbing a drink. There is a variety of foods during breakfast. Everything was tasty. The beach is close by.

The room wasn’t as clean as it’s supposed to be. We found used contact lenses on the counter and used eyelashes in the closet. The towels weren’t replaced.

We had no feeling that we are valuable guests.

Good food, wide choice. Kitchen chefs polite and responsive. Two pools, and territory.

Housekeeping service very low. One small soap piece for 12 days stay for 2 persons. One mini bottle of shampoo and shower gel, no replenished. Staff could be more polite. It was no attention to the guests needs. We were sent by housekeeping staff to the supermarket to buy ear picks. 3 star service, definitely not 4 stars. Cigarettes smoke smell was coming from the balcony from the neighboring rooms and from the swimming pool area. No privacy on the balcony. Free coffee and tea available only during the breakfast. No free water in the room and during the dinner. Was asking one of the waiter during the dinner for salt and pepper - He send me to the buffet to find it. After this stay we went to the 3 stars hotel, and we had free water available in the room, one small gift, welcome letter, and large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Some staff doesn't speak English or Spanish (only German).

Great value for money - breakfast was great the pool area was beautiful with 2 pools (for families and adults only). The hotel offered daily activities like hiking, water aerobics, mini golf, yoga and pilates. The rooms (and hotel) were super clean and beds comfortable.

The fitness room could do with some more weights as well as items such as skipping ropes, resistance bands.

Clear, new and absolutly pretty room and hotel completly. Nice breakfast, fantastic pool and free fitness as well. 10/10 for that price!

Liked the breakfast. You have a really big choice of different food. The employees in the restaurant, at the bar & reception, all of them were always polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty! I loved the shower! 😄 Thank you for having a great stay! I wish I wouldn't have to leave today.
