The accommodation hasn’t got good security.

It is a very nice and relaxing place.

During my stay three of my make-up products got missing. I reported it to the reception and was told that they will contact the cleaning lady to ask. She said that she did not replace it anywhere neither take it. With the hotel staff we looked everywhere and again I looked in my suitcase after returning home as to be sure. I emailed the hotel and as this was one new lipstick, three/four month new mascara and little bottle of perfumes I asked for the products to be replaced. The security in the hotel is not satisfying. I do not know who entered our room while we were not there. We went for a trip to a National Park. As for now I did not hear anything from the hotel. It is upsetting and unacceptable.

Spa yüksək səviyyədə idi. Otel otağı çox komfortlu idi. Səhər yeməyi 5/5

Reception işçiləri çox qaba davranış göstərdilər . Fransız dili bilməyən qonaqlara yardım göstərmək barədə heç bir şey etmirlər. (Azərbaycan, Türk, Rus, Alman, İngilis dilləri bilən qonaqlara) Restoran menu hər zövqə uyğun olmayan, çox,az seçim haqqı təklif edir.

Tout était très bien. Personnel, piscine, cadre. Juste un peu cher.

Le box sprint, c juste du bois sans ressort, matelas déposer comme sur le sol.

Onze kamers ( begane grond) hadden geen airconditioning en daarom te warm. Ondanks de mobiele ventilator.

Super luxury hotel in peaceful location.

Beautiful Château hotel in a lovely peaceful location. We were lucky with the weather in early June and were able to use the lovely outdoor pool. Dinner was superb and our room was extremely comfortable with a view over the countryside. What made it for us was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.

La beauté de la chambre et de l'endroit.

La chambre était très mal insonorisée nous avons eu l'impression de dormir dans le couloir, nous entendions tout et le couloir était assez passant.

Great Retaurant / Check in Poor

The restaurant was superb, one of the best we've eaten in. The heated outdoor pool was great. Modern, clean, well decorated bedrooms.

We arrived early, and the room was not ready, but we were advised to check in to save time later and to return at 3pm for room key. When we arrived back at 3pm we then had to stand in a long line of guests all checking in to get our key. It transpires superior rooms can check in from 2pm, other rooms only from 3. So nothing to do with rooms being ready and a poor experience at a luxury hotel.

100% Wohlfühlgefühl garantiert

Schöne Anlage, sehr schöne Zimmer, geräumig, gepflegt, bequeme Betten, schönes Ambiente. Top Essen und top Service im Restaurant. Top Service an der Rezeption (obwohl wir vor 15 Uhr angekommen sind, konnten wir unser Zimmer schon beziehen). Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal. Rundum Wohlfühlfaktor!

Ein paar mehr Haken im Bad zur Aufhängung von Bademänteln und Handtüchern wären angenehm. Mehr Kleiderbügel wären als Grundausstattung schön, damit man nicht Nachfordern muss.

I loved my stay. The staff is amazing, the facilities at the utmost standard and the spa super relaxing and not too busy

It is a cute little castle well organised for a a relaxing stay. Everything is quality from the furnitures to the decoration. It is clean and well maintained

It is a little remote from everything but it is also part of the cocooning charm

A very beautiful place in a gorgeous setting

I loved the colours of my room as well as the view to the yard, garden and pool. Breakfast was served in their v beautiful dining room and it was delicious. It also contained a number of healthy items.

The music at the pool was a bit too loud.

A traditional place with lots of charm & class.

A beautiful hotel located in an old chateau. Much larger than we anticpiated. Good style & vibe.

We expected a smaller place, but that would have been our fault, if it would really have annoyed us. Just take care that this hotel seems to be the venue of wedding ceremonies and bigger events taking part in the center patio, so this may become busy/noisy, if you happen to be there while such an event goes on. However said, we did not experience any of that!

Excellent stay

The character of the Chateau is great, lovely athmosphere and everwhere smelled really nice. The breakfast was great, had everything; fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, pancakes, sweet and salty, even salmon. We stayed in a classic double room, it was on the small side but had a great shower, rooms where quiet. Staff and reception was outstanding and dinner was great. The NuXe Spa was excellent and unique, great cave pool and an outstanding big, warm jacuzzi! It’s nice that you can take a cup of tea in de relax area. Definitely coming back!

The room was quite warm, but opening windows solved that problem.
