Beautiful city with an amazing view.

The breakfast spread was really good, they had so many varieties and the taste was equally good. The location is good as well, it was walking distance from the cable car station to the Titlis mountain and it was opposite the train station, we just had to walk out, cross the road and voila we were in this place. Staffs were helpful although there was no one to man the reception after a certain time we messaged them here to ask for extra pillows and it was immediately attended to. The view from this place, I mean we were surrounded by mountains with peaks covered in snow, just stunning.

There were no doors for the bathroom! It was open I mean, there was a sliding door for the shower and toilet area but the bath itself was exposed. So this was the only con and perhaps it could have been cleaner, I mean just in general, it was not so bad though.

Kurzer Bergurlaub in tollem Hotel

Da ich sehr früh unterwegs war, gab es noch kein Frühstücksbuffet. Ich bekam aber auf Vorbestellung eine Frühstücksbox, die sehr grosszügig war. Kaffee kann man 24 Stunden rund um die Uhr im Gang beziehen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat mir natürlich die Regenwalddusche und das sehr schön abgestimmte Interieur. Das Hotel wurde wirklich in den Zimmern sehr toll renoviert. Das Hotel befindet sich unmittelbar bei der Bahnstation.

Von aussen sieht man dem Hotel gar nicht an, wie schön das Innere renoviert worden ist. Aber anscheinend steht das Gebäude unter Heimatschutz.

Excellent facilities and location, especially if coming by train

Located opposite the train station. Friendly staff. Refurbished internally with comfy beds and sustainability focus. Excellent breakfast.

It can get a bit noisy at night given its location, but window insulation addresses almost all of it. Somewhat pricey rooms.

No veg option in Break fast, rooms because of too small window, bed, lack of staff presnce 24 hours. Very poor WiFi.

Breakfast was very nice.

The restaurant staff did not provide a good table saying it was reserved even no one came for 1 hour while we were on another table. It would be great if they have a fan in every room during summers. The room gets very stuffy. The reception staff are amateurs..can do better.

Amazing experience with our kids!

The location of the property is so convenient and the views were astronomical. We had easy access to local shops, train, and restaurants!

We had a great stay and look forward to our return next year. Many thanks for looking after us.

The property is a great mix of traditional and mountain chic. It is in excellent condition having been fully refurbished and it is in an excellent location. The staff were great, always extremely friendly and helpful.

Turn down the heat. The communal areas were extremely hot; although, we found this to be the case everywhere we went. It seems Engelberg cranks up the heat for guests to open windows to stay cool.

Bellvue Terminus ticks all the boxes for location and views ,artistically renovated , all staff and food excellent.

Lovely property, very well-located and the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good quality.

The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. Pillows gave no support and need replacement.

The coffee machine at the corridor.

There is no privacy at the room’s balcony, the noise coming from the partying people after 11 PM. Also, I did not like the reception staff to write down all my credit card information on a note book as a warranty, there is a better ways to take a deposit e.g. blocking the warranty money on my credit card and cancel it when I check out.

I booked including breakfast we came for checkout at past 1 pm. I said "I guess we missed the breakfast" Without a moment of hesitation the lady at the reception organised a beautiful breakfast for us in the livingroom. Amazing experience - 5 star
