Everything! Super pretty hotel full of flowers, the rooms are comfortable, a quiet pool area (in mid June), great breakfast with lots of options, a good location near some of the most popular places in Baja Sardinia, and very nice staff that also gave us lots of tips for the island. Would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Baja Sardinia 😊
It rained a lot during one evening, and some of the rain got through our window and wet the floor. So that’s something to pay attention to, but other than that we had a terrific stay!

The staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful, including making me a tiramisu after I had been hunting for one in the town with no luck. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Very comfortable, gorgeous staff & I loved chilling by the pool in the afternoons.
I didn’t see this as a problem and it never bothered me as I had headphones but the music from the aqua park next door could be heard from the pool.

The property was in a great location, walking distance from lovely beaches and nightlife like Phi Beach, Ritual, and Porto Sole. I didn’t have a car and it worked well for me. It was also extremely charming, there are many flowers and garden around and the rooms are spacious with well maintained wooden furniture. I even had a balcony overlooking the pretty pool area. The staff was kind and you have the option to take your meals at the hotel.

This property was fabulous.. really beautiful and central.

The room and garden/pool look even better than the pictures. Lovely and welcoming staff and amazing breakfast offered. The location is very helpful for exploring the north-east of the island (including Palau, La Maddalena) with nice beaches reachable on foot as well.
Nothing, everything was great.

This property is beautifully taken care of especially the garden grounds, the rooms are basic but comfortable enough and very clean.
The staff were lovely and amazing! Helped us so much.
Location was perfect for us, just a 15 minute easy walk to the main square and a good base to visit other areas.
A very good breakfast also for a 3 star we loved our weeks stay here.

Size of the shower cabin.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location with plenty to explore on foot including secret beaches with crystal clear waters and a plethora of restaurants.
The staff treated us like friends the minute we arrived and were very attentive, and were happy to recommend activities in the area such as the night clubs and mini cruises to Maddalena.
By visiting in early June, we almost had the hotel to ourselves and never needed to book a restaurant. The water park next door had not yet opened for the season so the hotel grounds were tranquil. Would definitely recommend a visit!

Location was ok, room was very nice, beautiful scenary, staff was very helpful, parking near room free of charge
The walls are thin so you hear very loud noises from the rooms near you, so loud that it could get you up in the night.

The staff is very friendly. The room is spacious.
Indeed it is a bit noisy and there is no room service without a fee of 5 euros.

The service at this hotel was incredible! All the staff were polite, helpful and always went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and spacious and the grounds of the property itself were beautiful.
we liked everything

the personal was very polite and gave us a lot of advice to visite the area.
the hotel was clean and the idea of doing a small village was very nice.
the shower might be renewed.
the noise isolation was really really bad.

Large resort type hotel, the ground are lovely with lots of plants. Our room had its own balcony that was quite private which was nice & a good view. I enjoyed the classic Sardinian styled rooms.
Bathroom was a little dated but that’s fine. Location is okay but takes a fair walk into town / requires a cab.

lack of choice in mini bar

Pool area, restaurant and garden are amazing. Staff is really great too (except for the manager who was rude). Rooms are good size and had new AC which cools rooms quickly. Everything was very clean and rooms are cleaned daily. I would says it's good for 2-3 day stay but not for longer.
No Wifi in the rooms at all, it's 2022, at least some wifi could be provided. Wifi in restaurant is also very very slow.
Breakfast is typical Italian and if you like pastries you will enjoy, but besides that not much choice. No fresh cheese of any kind.
Bed mattress is very very firm, like sleeping on floor. No safe box in the rooms. Shower was very small and cheap so it was squeaking and doors could not close. We were there 7 nights.

The 2 ladies at the reception were amazing, so friendly and helpful

Gardens nice , area nice , swimming pool and things look relaxing
The room was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. We were below other rooms (on ground floor) and the ceiling is made of paper. We could hear their shower, their toilet water flushing. We heard sweeping of the balconies, flip flops , children, people walking to breakfast. We came for a good night sleep and we did not find it here. as our upstairs neighbours woke up at 6:30 am! Do not stay in room 12 or 14! Stay far far away from the main reception and try to book the rooms On the top so you don’t suffer like we did (they are slightly more expensive, but likely to seem priceless at 6:30 am!)

Breakfast, free parking.
You can hear everything from other rooms. A lot of noise due to the water park. It's really really close.

the staff was very kind and helpful. We got an upgrade on our room and when we had to leave for the airport early in the morning, they prepared a tasty (big!) breakfast for us. That was much appreciated. We had a lovely stay :).

The attitude of the staff
The reception, the breakfast staff and the coffee shop, also the cleaning ladies
The manager was quite attentive as well
Only one thing I would recommend is to find a way to allow guests to call another room directly through the the telephone provided in the rooms
Other than that everything was perfect

The garden and swimming pool were amazing- even nicer than previously imagined when we reserved.
Staff was very friendly and arranged for several gluten free options to be freshly made and served for breakfast.
Location, perhaps too close to the AquaPark.
Also, the road leading to the entrance and hotel sign at the crossroad with the main road are poorly illuminated at night.

Charming and quiet
Breakfast is really disappointing. ( not much choice , no fresh products or bad quality) Although the employees are very kind .

I would not rate a fantastic hotel, as it’s currently rated. However it’s a fair 3 star hotel, with good room size and relaxing swimming pool area. The breakfast is simple but nice with lots of options if you love cakes.
The bathroom is a bit old and could be renovated.

Welcome to paradise! Such a lovely place, the garden is amazing! Flowers everywhere, we loved the big palms next to the two big pools, and an open area where you get a very good breakfast buffet!
The rooms have air condition and a refrigerator is included, that's very helpful.
Beds are very comfortable. Big rooms and a big bathroom with two sinks.
You see in every detail the hole areal is built with much love for details, we loved it! All was renovated in the last years.
Next to the area is the famous Aquadream where you can have all the day action and good music!
But you still have many silent places where you can enjoy your holiday. 200 meters next to the hotel is a very good restaurant and pizzeria, fully recommended!
We love La Jacia Resort and will return!
Chief Andrea know many secret places and beaches where to go and visit on Sardegna!
All of the personal are very friendly and help you, when you need anything.

Great location to enjoy the Costa Smeralda. We especially enjoyed the chance to spend a different day at the waterpark, which is just next to the hotel!

Hotel looks even better than what was showed in the pictures. Flowers, amazing nature around and good rooms.
When we arrived we got an upgrade to a supreme room without even asking.
Swimming pool was really nice and looks like an oasis!
Definitely worth visiting and highly recommended!
Breakfast was good, only suggestion to bring a little diversity with food since we stayed for 6 nights and every morning was the same food (myb to introduce different salads, bread, different cheeses, etc.)
Coffee could be better, something more Italian.
