Un bon rapport qualité prix des chambres et l’accès au services de l’hôtel de la baie

La literie confortable, les chambres bien rénovées, la vue de la terrasse du restaurant, la salle de sport bien équipée

La piscine située sous l’hôtel de la baie qui mériterai plus d’entretien de ses installations (douches, hammam)

La proximité de la plage

L’escale marine peut être considéré comme une annexe de la Baie où se trouve la thalassothérapie. Sans charme dans son espace accueil pour le moment.

Très propre et les chambre refaite à neuf avec un grand lit et une chambre spacieuse

Pas très pratique pour le petit déjeuner car il faut sortir du bâtiment pour ce rendre à l’hôtel 4 étoiles de l’autre côté mais avec vue sur la mer

Une expérience bruyante de part le pub en bas de l’établissement. Le personnel de l’hôtel hautain n’a pas souhaité nous

L’emplacement à proximité de la plage.

En arrivant à l’accueil de l’établissement nous avons été pris de haut par l’hôtesse d’accueil nous précisant que nous devions être dans l’autre établissement (pas assez bien pour le 4* sans doute…) Une fois couchés nous n’entendions que les boum boum du pub en bas de l’hôtel. Le lendemain, impossible de charger notre véhicule électrique aux bornes. Nous avons perdu 21€. Nous avons encore une fois été pris de haut à l’accueil, l’hôtesse nous a envoyé voir ailleurs puisqu’il s’agit d’un prestataire extérieur. Très mauvaise expérience.

Une parenthèse enchantée !

Le petit déjeuner très varié, vue sur mer. Le confort des chambres dont une avec balcon. L'accueil et le personnel. La plage magnifique juste en dessous. Possibilité de se garer sur un parking public à proximité

The electrics in the room were very confusing, we struggled to work out which switch turned on which light.

It wasn’t very clear that we had to go to the opposite building in the hotel to check in.

I liked having the spa near the hotel

The building seems old, the lobby smells weird. The spa is only open from 9am to 6:45 pm. The wifi is bad, and there’s no 4G available

good value for money but noisy location

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is very well catered for (various food and drink options).

the noise from the bar “Le Mercure” every night (we stayed from Tuesday til Sunday). We couldn’t sleep until 1/1:30 am.

Location: very near the beach and restaurants.

We received an indifferent welcome, by a receptionist, who let us leave our bags in the lobby. However, on checking in, we observed that there was a designated, secure, baggage room, which we were clearly not allowed to use. The WiFi did not work. Further, we suffered the distain of the receptionist when we said we didn't want to book the hotel breakfast. The morning receptionist was lovely, though.

The location was as good, and the breakfast adequate

The photos when booking looked much better than the actual room and hotel . The entrance and hallway, carpets, and decoration were very scruffy and tired .

looks nothing like the photos

disappointed is an understatement. The photos must have been taken 20 years ago. Decor colours the same but carpet filthy, shelves and units had peeling laminate, stayed 4 nights and did not see a cleaner once. no fresh towels, no bins emptied etc. Building work being carried out so no bar etc and only found out on day 3 there was a restaurant in the other hotel as there was no information left in the rooms or in the foyer.
