Very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Lovely large clean room with everything that you would need for a good nights sleep.
Nothing

The bed was very comfortable
Not too much else to say about the room, it was very spacious
Grubby carpet needed a deep clean. Bathroom also grubby.
Shower door off hinges, Just need a good clean and grouting doing, sealant round whole bathroom re doing.
Breakfast ok, nothing special. Not to hot. Even though first down.

Nothing.
Staff were arrogant. Toilet continuously ran all night. The shower also kept going scolding hot whilst in it. The pillow cases were all stained with what looked like blood. Handing the key card in at the end of my stay and was totally ignored by staff. To top it all off the beds were so uncomfortable the pillows went flat as soon as you put your head on it. Overall a bad stay. Would not recommend.

Location
Booker a double room but provided with twin bed
Had a parking issue, where the receptionist was pretty slow to respond

Well placed for Watford Junction for regular connections to London Euston and the shuttle buses for the Harry Potter Studio Tour, both of which we made good use of during our stay. Room was clean, with the sofabed in use it was slightly small for a family of four - but as a base to sleep it was fine. Breakfast was included and there was plenty to keep adults and kids satisfied.
The location is right next to Watford Junction, so occasional train heard - nothing major. A very small car park is located at the property, we were unable to get a space initially so used a pay and display that was suggested.

Very accommodating staff
Well designed rooms. Practical.
Outsourced car parking with Parking Eye, so you have to register your car and pay for overnight parking which is more expensive than other local car parks.

Loved how clean the hotel was, It was also super close to the Station and staff were lovely!
You do have to pay for parking £7 a night.
Nothing, fab stay

Location was great for trips on the train to london. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean and tidy(when we arrived!! , sorry about that, two 8 year olds soon made a mess. Lol!)
Although the room was made up for 4,(2 adults and 2 children) i would say that it was a slight bit too small to accomodate us all comfortably. But then we were only sleeping there and out all day so managable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The hotel is really close to the train station, only 2 stops to London Euston. Also really close to Harry Potter shuttle bus. The staff were helpful when I told them about the smell.
The bathroom had a horrible smell, and didn’t seem complete clean. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom door was hanging of the hinges. The corridor to our room smelled a bit of vomit.

The accommodation was clean and safe for children, I travelled alone with 3 children, the staff were friendly, hotel room clean, suitable and exactly what we needed. The breakfast was good, suited both child and adult and a great way to start our day 🙏

Bed a little uncomfortable but not horrible

Great location for Harry Potter and London. Good hotel.
Unfortunately loud other guests staying at hotel noisy therefore poor sleep. Not hotels fault.
Costs have certainly gone up over time as we are repeat customers.

Location was good and service good
Unfortunately air con didn't work and was only hot air.
4.5
Big room. Extra bed. Breakfast included. Nice shower. And location close to train station -3 minutes away.
Strange smell in the room and couldn’t find a switch for bathroom’s ventilation (to turn it on)
4.5
The hotel is conveniently located and walking distance from a variety of amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding. The room was clean, spacious and had a fresh feeling to it. The breakfast options were great and had some unexpected things like gluten free bread, cereal and porridge so I appreciate that it met my preference in that regard.
The available parking is limited but I had no issue finding a space when I needed one.

spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

The Hotel was nicely located for us because the whole purpose of the trip was to enjoy together at the Harry Potter tour in Watford. The breakfast was a hit for our kids and the staff was extremely helpful with everything.
We booked a family room with double bed and a sofa bed. The dbl bed was very small probably about 140cm and the sofa bed max 120cm. Nothing to complain about but certainly something I would have wanted to know. The bathroom stinked, there was a strong moldy (musty) smell coming from the shower drain, not possible to have an open door to the bathroom because the whole hotel room would then stink. The AC was not working as it should, was very hot inside the room. Another thing I would like to note, the drinking glasses and mugs inside the rooms were very dirty, we had to clean them well before use. We used the stairs a lot and they were gray and dirty, probably not often cleaned. The Wifi was extremely bad.
