Good restaurant
The resort is very tired and rundown. The room was clean and spacious. Very few facilities- only a kettle, no toaster. Pool area clean but very run down. Nice location, friendly staff. The restaurant was good.

Location was great with access to the beach. Rooms on 4th floor nice but balcony’s need to be scrubbed clean to remove the mold.
Spa area & gym toilets in very poor condition. Mold on spa pool awnings!

Easy to book in
It felt like the room was in a dungeon can’t believe I payed that much for a room on bottom floor looking at an embankment should have stayed at a motel.
Bed was uncomfortable

Great location, spacious and easy to locate.
The resort is very outdated and could do with a makeover.

No shower curtain in bathroom, so bathroom got quite wet.
Other than the bathroom, it was fine

Staff were extremely friendly and polite. This was the first time I have stayed at a resort alone and I felt very comfortable and safe. The day spa located onsite is exceptional.

staff friendly and nice gardens
The place is very dated. The rooms on three western side overlook a large dirt pile. I was expecting a view of the ocean. Food at restaurant was very ordinary for the price.

Breakfast was good, toaster was very slow had to toast twice which caused a line up.
Our room was the furtherest away from the lift and we carried our bags from the carpark to reception and then all the way to our room. We didn’t realise we could have used a trolley because we were not advised.

We just stopped here for 2 night driving home from Sydney, but we loved it! It has those big international resort vibes and is very well catered to guests, we will definitely come back in the summer to make use of the pool for the kids :) for this trip though they loved the heated spa, and even braved the waterslide. And the rooms have Netflix, making it relaxing in the roos. We got two joining suites for our family and had so much space, but hopefully there are family rooms with more facilities next time
The parking outside was a bit strange/unfamiliar, and was a bit annoying this time as it was raining. The pool area could use a bit of an update re the shades, bit of fixing and painting ect
