Tranquilidade!! Natureza e boa comida!

A vista para o rio é lindíssima! Adoramos. O jantar estava maravilhoso. Nota-se que o Hotel necessita de algumas atualizações, mas é muito agradavel.

Ao lado da porta da casa de banho tem um metal, que parece ser decoração, mas precisa ser lixado! A mim magoou-me no braço ao sair da casa de banho! pedimos ajuda e o funcionário foi super prestável! trouxe-nos um betadine e fez-me um curativo! foi impecável! Fiquei com duas marcas enorme no braço. Sugiro que verifiquem e se de facto é só decoração penso que é muito perigoso, sobretudo para as crianças! Reportei na recepção do Hotel.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, limpias, cómodas. La atención de todos, muy amables. Me gustó mucho la piscina, el jacuzzi, la habitación con una vista maravillosa, amplia. El restaurante tenia platos muy variados tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Quede muy feliz con todo!

Que la carta no tiene idioma en Español y toca traducir o intentar que te expliquen los camareros.

Da localização, do quarto espaçoso e do spa embora precisem de uma remodelação para tornar os espaços mais atuais porque estão com sinais de desgaste.

O hotel embora esteja funcional precisa de remodelações, o SPA estava sobrelotado, o pequeno almoço foi servido numa sala com degraus nada funcional, não tinha sumos naturais. Passou-se uma situação desagradável com o carregamento do carro que começa por não ter lugar de estacionamento assinalado, para não estacionarmos a bloquear um carro ficou combinado com o rececionista que depois de jantar ponhamos o carro a estacionar, qd acabámos de jantar já alguém tinha colocado um carro a carregar bloqueando o carro que estava estacionado e tivemos de perder tempo de manhã a carregar noutro local. Não gostei nada ter de carregar ao longo dos corredores as toalhas e os roupões , nunca tal me tinha sido pedido, num 4 estrelas não é admissivel.

Conhecer Vila do Conde.

Da vista panorâmica, localização, funcionários simpáticos e bom ambiente de hotel recatado.

Pequeno almoço confuso e com poucas quantidades de louça e alimentos para tantos hóspedes, água da piscina interior um pouco fria, colchão muito mole e localização do quarto muito perto da entrada onde os hóspedes fazem muito barulho até muito tarde.

Very good

The pool is absolutely gorgeous, particularly the starry ceiling. It's quite and the room was ver very nice. The view particularly from the restaurant was absolutely gorgeous.

The wifi didn't have the best connection. The eggs from the breakfast were dry and clumpy. The member of the staff that greeted us talked very fast kind of seemed like he was rushing us off however the other members were all so polite and nice.

Good value for money.

Hotel had a nice feel and lots of areas to relax. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to use the pool and sauna when no one else was there so that was a bonus. Pool was a good size and the jacuzzi was nice. Great views around the hotel and very picturesque.

Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant - we went for the buffet but there was nothing we could eat except for soup.

Not what I expected!

Basically nothing. Everything felt dated and old. Pool was ok at best. The room was big, so that's a plus I guess.

Room felt dirty with an old carpet with lots of stains. Water had leaked from the refrigerator inside a closet. The balcony had almost no furniture, and the ones there was dirty. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Smelly hotel in desparate need of updating

The pool

Hotel hasn't been updated since the 70's and is poorly maintained. Entire hotel inside and out needs repainting and repairing. Carpets are worn out and most of the interior smells bad. Had to change our room as it smelled so bad. Restaurant was buffet help yourself only with a poor selection of food and charged over 20 euros each. When I waited for a table nobody responded, so i walked over to a table that was free, was directed to one with 2 seats, I said there are 5 of us and then the waiter started to throw tables across the room to get more seats. Best thing is the pool and gym but the pictures look better than reality. It may have been a 4 star hotel many years ago but I'd barely give it a 2 now. There is a geniune 4 star hotel down the road and plenty of better choices around. Avoid until they renovate and find better restaurant staff.
