Tranquilidad y naturaleza

El complejo es muy bonito, lleno de árboles y plantas, hermoso para relajarse. La piscina tiene un bar y restaurante con música y eventos, se veia un ambiente tranquilo y agradable. La ubicación me parecio ideal, a 15 minutos de playas hermosas y de carvoeiro que es un lindo pueblo para pasear y comer. Todos los dias entraron a limpiar y tender las camas, estaba todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable.

Podrían poner algunos productoa de limpieza mínimos, como esponja y detergente para fregar los platos y algunos trapos. Al ir solo por 3 días uno no cuenta con comprar esos productos.

Sitio muy cómodo con aparcamiento en puerta ,amplia casa , piscina grande, pequeña y cubierta.cerca de playa carvoeiro y supermercados a 3 min en coche.

La TV solo tenía la 1 cadena española los demás canales extranjeros.y las instalaciones un poco antiguas.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est trés poli et aux petits soins. Il n'y avait pas de connection Wifi c'est le seul point négatif. Le mobilier et les menuiseries sont anciens, un rafraichissement serait bienvenu.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas le wifi dans les chambres, le lit adulte trop petit pour deux.

it was a wonderful location to stay for a relaxing week , highly recommend walking the 7 hanging valleys trail

the swimming pool ,location and shuttle service to village

no dish soap was provided , not very sanitary if you expect people to wash the dishes …no dish cloth either

Not good for winter visit

I like the setting of the village. Cute small bungalows, big pool, no other resorts around.

There is no wifi in the room. Room was extremly smelly, dump and cold. There was an AC we could use to heat up the space, but it wasnt very comfortable. The smell was unbearable.

location is perfect, the village is beautiful and villas are acceptable for price

The village was very beautiful, it was very close to lagoa beach. it has nice outdoor pool

we stayed there in March, so it was very cold inside of Villa at night, some AC’s were not working and we had to change to another villa in village next day. The villa also does not have hairdryer and sofa bed was very noisy and uncomfortable.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Staff where lovely but the apartment and facilities very very dated.

The apartment was very spacious

The apartment and all facilities were very old and very tired. Beds uncomfortable, very little utensils in the kitchen. The shared facilities poolside were very old not pleasant to use. This place could be great but it’s clear it’s not had a refurbishment for years. Breakfast was the same each day and very limited, not much for vegetarians and nothing for vegans.

Nothing - the place was awful. Rude staff, advertised facilities not available

Being kept waiting at reception for 15 mins whilst the receptionist was outside smoking and on his mobile phone even though I told him twice I needed to get to a meeting. No heating the first night. Apartment was freezing. Took three visits from maintenance the following day to get it working.. Dirt from the unit left all over the floor Wifi not available in reception. Told by receptionist to go outside to use it as receptor was on the roof. It was pouring with rain and very cold. Asked why indoor pool was closed - told it was because of covid - not true. Asked about luggage storage - told none available even though it is listed as available. Pedro - receptionist not at all helpful and extremely rude. Had to ask 4 times for the complaints book

Staff were excellent but the furniture in the apartment was old. The bed was not the most comfortable. The rest of the facilities such as the pool and dining room were good.
