It was great

The Rooms are very spacious and the design of the resort is luxurious. personal and dedicated service, and amazing food. Outside the hotel there is a small centre with shops In case you need anything.

The location is far from other attractions (almost 1 hr to the old town for example) but if you plan to mostly stay in the resort that is not a big problem.

Very nice hotel, nice villa, nice restaurants and excellent service!

Very helpful staff. Each villa has its own personal assistant which is a very thoughtful service, helping guests with their activities booking. The hotel is very well maintained and I’m amazed that it doesn’t have mosquitoes at all given the amount of plantation it has.

Amazing experience, true feel of a luxury hotel

The staff was amazing and accommodating with everything that we needed. The rooms are so spacious and the private swimming pool is just wow, you can spend your entire day in your room without needing to go anywhere else

The location of the resort (Mai Khao Beach) is very very far from anything in Phuket, it is something important to consider while planning your vacation

Breakfast really outstanding. Staff are all super friendly. Thank you Joy Wachi you made our trip joyful. The surrounding are great. Kinds also enjoyed cycling around the property itslef.

We have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so in this case because of a recent wonderful stay at the Anantara Mai Khao resort. The pool villa, location and setting, restaurants and service were all amazing. In particular we would like to say a big thank you to Aziz (Guest Experience Manager). Aziz went above and beyond to rectify a situation we encountered during our stay. He is the consummate professional and a credit to the Anantara team and to the industry. We are looking forward to our next visit already!

hotel is one of the best but could use some upgrading maintenance

property was clean and well maintained many restaurants within the hotel so food options are endless beach is well maintained and location is near 7 eleven, pharmacy and restaurants

furniture is a bit old rooms could be more spacious mosquitoes are a nightmare

Excellent service

Excellent houeskeeping service. We met a very nice and professional butler called Sunny. He helped us arranging and booking nice vehicles and local restaurants that made our trip happy and memorable.

A bit more flies at restaurant, but that's okay. Other things are perfect.

Rejuvenate and recharge at Anantara

the resort is very tranquil and the villa we stayed is really outstanding. Bed is super comfortable, room cleanliness by the housekeeping is outstanding.

the choice of food for breakfast is ok, as we are a Muslim couple, we feel there is too many pork base product for breakfast that we can’t have. But we survived.

room privacy, breakfast.

dinner was a complete mess, booked a table at 08:30pm, we arrived early no one to attend us we got the table at 08:50 we hunted the menu. I believe they need more staff for the restaurants. the thai food is bad and the food was overpriced for quality. Kin Dee thai restaurant nearby much better and cheaper.

What a Vacation!! 😮😍

Everything...from the cold towel with lemongrass scent we have been given and the nice cold herb drink given...to the hospitality through the whole staying...magnificient...ohh also the location...everything 5min walking distance from pharmacy to big supermarkets
