Location was fabulous. Room was good size. Bed was probably the most comfortable we have had in a long time whilst travelling. Staff were very helpful. Fabulous views . Sky tv.

Layout was ok. Otherwise don't recommend.
Cleanliness left alot to be desired. Roadworks directly out front. Never anyone on reception. Smoking inside wafting into other rooms. Very dated.

Staff we super friendly, supportive, and professional! We could see the snow mountain from our room!

Was a great place to stay. We totally enjoyed it. Was a shame we were only there one night as would have happily stayed longer.
Not so much a dislike, but more of a would have liked to have known prior.
Hot water wasn't as hot as would have expected.
Need to request electric blankets.

The bed was comfortable and was really good you could move the tv in any direction. It will be a good location after road works
The wifi was not great, I couldn't get any Netflix to load on the tv. The toilet seat was broken and the lid kept hitting us in the back and kept moving.

On a hill but still close to town centre nearby, the lake, weekend market, stores etc ..
Roadworks out front. Not soundproof enough otherwise is good

Unfortunately there was construction work going on right next to the hotel all night which meant it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. This wasn’t advertised when booking.

The room had everything you need. Bed was comfortable, shower was good.
The lack of soundproofing was the main problem. You could hear all of the road noise from Franklin Road, and hear conversations of people walking by. Parking was also tight.

Nothing
Everything… reception not open till 8. Gym not open while it said 24 hours open

Not much - the view of the snowy mountains
Extremely Shabby, tired, road works noise outside, suppose to be a 4+ star hotel???

Had a good kitchenette, comfy beds and a bath - great after skiing. Good location with a short walk into town yet without having to get too held up by the traffic in the CBD. Off street parking.
Lack of view. As the advertising claims most rooms had a mountain view, when you get allocated a room that's view is of a fence just outside the window you wonder why you have lucked out.
Although we arrived just before reception closed at 6pm it had already closed. We struggled to get the door unlocked with the very old fashion key system they had.

Staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay very comfortable!
Rad works made it difficult to access - outside the control of the hotel however!

Stayed for a conference which was next door at the Millennium, so an excellent location. Was upgraded to the honeymoon suite which I appreciated! Basic cooking facilities to make own meals. Honeymoon suite has views but also next to main road. Short walk into town for shops and a bus stop nearby. Easy to get to/from airport.
Roadworks just outside - not the fault of the hotel and affecting lots of places in Queenstown by the looks of it.

Walking distance to town and good size room
Bed was a little uncomfortable

The wonderful lady was so amazing, super friendly. She made our stay so perfect, i enjoyed the stay at the Hurleys better than Queenstown sightseeing itself. Thank you so much The Hurleys i wouldnt book any other hotel but yours next time.
Nothing everything was perfect.

A awewome experience made possible with Hurleys
Absolutely nothing

Great that they had their own gym sauna and snow gear drying room
Since we were cooking instead of eating out maybe having a bit of cooking oil in the room would be a nice addition and possibly some more blankets

A clean and cosy place that was in a great location - a short walk to town! They provided us a free upgrade for our anniversary which was excellent!

Rooms were lovely, very comfortable and cozy. Loved the spa bath. Lady at front was very warm and friendly 😁
The road works were a bummer, but the actual room was fine.

Comfortable and tidy. Great location. There is a gym, sauna, shared laundry room and some? baths in the room have the spa jets. Staff were great.
The roadworks outside was a bit of a hassle but not too bad. Due to finish around early 2024.
