Mai bine ca și anul trecut!

Suntem pt a doua oară aici, totul a fost ok, mai puțin cafeaua de la micul dejun ( care a rămas aceeași ca și anul trecut). Personalul a fost foarte drăguț și amabil, mai ales domnișoara din Thailanda pe nume Patch dacă bine rețin numele. Chiar m-a surprins plăcut când am văzut-o într-o dimineață că și-a lăsat munca ei și a mers la o fetiță care plângea și nu își găsea părinții ca să o ajute să îi găsească și să o consoleze! Această empatie nu am văzut-o în schimb la un alt coleg de-al ei, care văzuse și el fetița plângând. Felicitări Patch! Am fost de asemenea plăcut surprinși la check-in de băiatul tânăr blond care ne-a făcut un upgrade de cameră gratuit de la camera de familie la suită, fără ca să cerem acest lucru! Această suită a fost foarte frumoasă și confortabilă pt noi, mai puțin priveliștea care a fost groaznică (atașez poză) dar am trecut peste acest lucru în detrimentul confortului. Apa de la piscine a fost foarte bună și plăcută ( față de anul trecut când era prea rece). Animatorii au fost un deliciu pt copii în special Clovnul! Mâncarea a fost delicioasă și de această dată, la cină foarte diversificată ( în fiecare seară era alte feluri, nu se repetau deloc). La micul dejun erau în principal aceleași chestii, dar fiind foarte variate puteai diversifica lejer ca în fiecare dimineață să mănânci altceva! Per total am fost mulțumiți și de această dată. Copii s-au simțit minunat! Cu siguranță vom mai reveni când vom avea ocazia!

Cafeaua de la micul dejun! Priveliștea din cameră și poziționare a camerei în fața liftului! ( asemenea priveliște o folosești ca și cameră pt angajați nu pt turiști! Lipsa muzicii la piscină! Am cerut odată băieților de la piscină de copii care se ocupă de prosoapele pt șezlong iar aceștia au spus ca nu este muzica numai când atunci când vin animatori! M-au îndrumat să întreb la recepție, lucru pe care l-am și făcut, iar acolo domnișoara a dat niște telefoane și a spus ca a rezolvat și ca acum se aude. Când am ajuns de la recepție la piscină am constatat ca se aude muzica foarte foarte încet (doar pt cei ce stăteau la bar, nu se auzea în rest nimic). Puțină muzică cred că ar fi potrivită la piscine!

Lovely suites, spacious, bright, clean and functional; nice balcony with sea and pool views. Good location, near the beach; you can walk along the coast or through the park to the Mosaic City Poreč center and the 6th-century Euphrasian Basilica - UNESCO World Heritage Site. Nicely heated outside pool. Very good breakfast and dinner. Drinks are included with dinner. Hotel parking is only €1/day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 10 days in this great place. We enjoyed pools, food, playground. The only one thing which should be improved it's morning coffee. We can for sure recommend this place for staying.

Room had great view, it was cleaned each day.Pools amazing, hotel very clean ,good choice of buffet. Kids enjoyed it as well as me and my husband.

Wonderful!

The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel is so posh and the pools fantastic for the kids and it’s right on the beach!

Maybe if the people welcoming new guests knew at the start of the day what the surnames of the guests were who were arriving that day, that might help speed up check in and make people feel they have a warm welcome.

Cleaned, comfortable, and nice weather.

Too full at the pool and buffet. Not worth much the value of money, too many people, almost same food every day breakfast and dinner. My husband got an eye infection after swimming.

In general accommodations, rooms, location, entertainment zone and infrastructure were good enough.

Regarding their restaurant and meals included in the price was totally inconvenient: breakfast ends at 10 am, which could be a little longer but despite this half hour earlier they stop food replenishment and 9:45 you usually can't pickup food or use rests what is left. Presence of noisy russians in the hotel is negative also.

Great place!

It's great for families with kids. There is a sandy beach nearby and a water slide near the sea. The hotel has several pools and the food is great.

It was very pleasent stay and I hope I will come again

Room space, terrace, view, options for breakfast and dinner, pool, close to the sea and promenade, lots of cafes nearby on the promenade

Options for breakfast and dinner are great, but the quality of preparation could be better (overcooked meat)...Better desserts. The room was great also, but the bathroom should be the place where we can put our morning routine things. There are no adequate shelves

Lovely stay

Loved the size of the room and the sea view, as well as the wellness area and fitness. The bed was very comfortable. The choice of food in the restaurant was ample, but the restaurant can get quiet crowded. The wifi connection worked great in the room. The hotel has two different pools (one right outside of the hotel and one up between the dislocated apartments, where there is also a restaurant/cafe). You can take a walk to Poreč town (cca. 30 minutes) or take a tourist train (stop around 5 minutes walk from the hotel).

The beach in front of the hotel is not particularly nice (as it is asphalted), but if you don't mind taking a walk, there are many nice beaches along the coast, all accessible by foot.

Good location, close to the sea, good breakfast and dinner, good facilities

There was no flexibility with the check out but I guess the hotel was full. When coming late to breakfast not everything was available

A very pleasant family experience

I loved the cleanlines od the hotel and the staff were very nice and polite. The food was good as well with many high quality dishes to choose from. We had a pleasant family stay.

Great rooms, pool, view! Food is disappointing and buffet is chaos.

Room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent for two adults and two kids. Kids loved their beds. Great pools, across the street from a beach (concrete/pebbles), 30 min walk/7 min train ride to Porec. Beautiful views.

The dinner buffet is a free for all, long lines, chaos, other guests are rude, pushing, and this was very unpleasant. The food was hit or miss- some things were good, nothing was amazing. Lots of choices geared toward kids. We were so stressed by the dinner buffet (we tried arriving at different times and only 8:30pm offered a semblance of calm) that we went out to dinner at nearby restaurants even though we had paid for half board. The a la carte restaurant by the pool offers decent service but we found the food disappointing.
