Large spa hotel with a warm welcome.

Large, comfortable room. Great balcony overlooking the lake as asked for. Very warm, friendly welcome, everything clean and tastefully decorated. Nice shower & useful separate toilet. No charge for carpark & great advice about where to go in Dax from reception.

Coffee making kettle attached to a tray, but no socket in reach, so had to carry whole thing to plug in near the floor by the bedside. Carpark next to hotel but quite a distance over uneven pavement if you are bringing large cases.

I really loved it.. very good hotel.. with lots of amenities.

Very calm confort and with super friendly staff! Breakfast was very good! Its a fabulous hotel to recharge bateries

Network phone coverage is not very strong.. speacially inside the rooms. Could have moisturoiser cream in the room..

Treated HORRIBLY by the front desk staff and manager! NEVER AGAIN!

Because I could not pay for the room ahead of time, there was a problem paying with my credit card. I reserved the room for my fiance, who does not have a credit card for my account. The front desk staff treated him like a criminal! I finally figured out how to pay the bill, but if I could wring the necks of the front desk staff and the manager, I would!!!

Shabby throughout, never saw such dirty windows in a lobby, garage absolutely horror and full of brown leaves of last autumn, not even a coke or a beer available…….Must be a very, very poor management 😠

everything dirty had a bad smell in the room bath had no plug but was to dirty to use anyway was told none of the air con worked, we asked to change rooms was told they are all the same, it seemed because we booked through you they didn’t like it

The breakfast was very good ,and nice restaurant

In the breakfast room, people should notbe allowed to sit and eat breakfast in night clothes and dressing gown. This is very rude men sitting in dressing with legs open so you can see there under wear.

A beautiful spa retreat

Firstly our arrival was excellent, well staffed reception and our receptionist responded in English with an English accent, very impressive, she was excellent. Good underground parking, room with balcony and excellent aircon. Location was very good, opposite a leisure lake and park. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The Hotel is dog friendly and ours was very settled.

Disappointing

Very friendly and helpful staff, located on a beautyful lake, bike-parking in the garage, food in the restaurant was O.K., breakfast was very good.

It was not possible got get the room a bit earlier than the official check-in time, long black hairs in my bathroom and on my bed, dirty carpets on the aisles

The location was lovely. Beautiful lake and amenities nearby

Dated decor, hallways bleak and in need of decorating. Walls scuffed and dirty. No pool - aquatic centre in the pictures is separate and expensive to use. Pictures are misleading. No information in English. Staff of aquatic centre rude.

The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is very dated with locked cupboards in the kitchen & lifts never arrived.
