Für Familien gut geeignet.

Alle gut geklappt, Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut aufgebaut mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir würden ohne Zweifel wieder buchen.

Frühstück, freundliche kompetente Mitarbeiter, Massage und Peeling sehr gut

Pool zu kalt, Zimmer zu warm und renovierungsbedürftig, Raum nicht abzudunkeln, keine Klimaanlage. Für den Zimmerpreis nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Great hotel in the hills of Neheim

Friendly staff and very nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. Proximity to a nice nature trail and pub is a nice touch.

The rooms do not have air conditioning so keep in mind during hot periods of travel.

Not worth the 4 stars and the money i paid

Staff are extremely friendly and nice

Breakfast was OK but can be better Swimming pool is a catastrophe, it is a kids pool basically, not suitable for a sports resort Sports resort there was basically nothing happeneing

Hot rooms, needs some refreshing, probably paid 25% too much

The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was decent and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful when available; varied but vibrant artwork on the walls. Pool room, a snug area and other touches looked nice as well albeit we didn't use them.

The rooms were a small oven, fortunately it was a cool night so we were able to have our patio door open, but we still woke up with damp sweaty pillows. This has been noted in other reviews as well, it is a large concrete building with no AC in the rooms. Fridge in the room seemed to only serve the purpose of heating the room further and not cooling contents.

Good breakfast, nice countryside

I had to wait 30 minutes for my room even though it was ready, just because I arrived a bit earlier. Poor heat insulation, very hot inside during summer days and no air conditioning.

Not worth your money, very dissappointing.

Location in a forrest. Reasonable breakfast. Nothing else.

Beds were too soft, my back suffered. Very old and outdated interior and building. Dirty and spiderwebs behind the curtains. The sound of flushing toilets and baths in our bathroom. Restaurant couldnt manage it. Took ages for everything including warm white wine and things that couldnt be ordered. Apologies were apparently difficult to give.

A lovely place to unwind after a hard day's cycling

The location, room and breakfast were lovely and it was fairly easy to get into town in the evening. Great swimming pool and spa facilities

The rooms were warm and the duvets too hot for May. I had to take them out of the covers to sleep.

The stuff at the reception especially the lady who was represented as Manager was absolutely disorganized. English speaking almost impossible. The service at restaurant the worse we had ever. One of the waiters were arrogant and disrespectful towards our group. We were not able to order dinner from the menu list! Explanation was: ‘Not enough staff’. We had to get food from the buffet which was 70% empty. The second evening we were NOT ABLE to have dinner at all at 21:00 o’clock, as we were told that restaurant is closed, regardless to the people in the restaurant who were taking their dinner at this time. The rooms are poorly designed and in the bathroom you can’t find ‘shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.’ All that at 4 stars Resort Hotel! Really? You should be ashamed of the service you give to your guests! Never again at your place!

Good enough, Just

Room, was clean, ample parking available, Prompt reception staff, good breakfast.

The bed was not comfortable for us both. They call themselves resort hotels yet the swimming pool and spa ist only open until 9 pm. Despite Corona and whatever other reasons they give this is just not acceptable, Cheaper 1 and 2 star hotels have better timings and services. Having travelled worldwide during Corona for work( I am a doctor) have been to hotels that keep pools open on request, this was not the case here.
