there was a small kitchen in the room but no cutlery or plates.

Friendly staff and is located in a peaceful area, but lacks modern amenities, has dated rooms.

Personal was very friendly and the rooms are spacious. Located in a more quiet and peaceful area.

Its an old building, there are no extra facilities available. The rooms are dated and the cleaning could be better.

The worst experience ever!!

Absolutely nothing. Even though the village is cute and peaceful! Oh and the room was warm enough!

Every singke thing! Extremely expensive. Very disapointing value for money. Cripy place. Old. Dirty. Avsolutely empty (no wonder why..). Uncomfortable beds. Aweful decoration. Broken things. Unprofessional staff treament.

We were passing through, but decided to stay for a walk because the place was so pretty

Something went wrong with the booking/reservation and it was nicely corrected by upgrading us to the brand new 'snoopy room'. A spatious room in snoopy style :-) With everything on it, even a kitchen. The bed was wonderful, so was the breakfast and the location was marvellous! Highly recommended.

Spacious rooms with dated furniture

The room as well as the balcony were super spacious and the staff friendly and helpful

As many others have pointed out, the furniture of the room was quite dated. It is a hotel pretty much geared towards elderly tourists on bus trips (it seemed), so it was quite a hustle and bustle until late and again early in the morning, so we avoided the crowds.

Reception open anytime, ....but that's it ....

Big issue with cleanness, not only a punctual problem, but the accumulation of limestone and tartar in the toilet, shower and in the washbasin is completely UNACCEPTABLE, and referring to the amount of it, this is going on for months ...

clean, spacious and comfortable rooms.

Style of decor, kind of oldfashioned but obviously not a big problem :) Everything was ok for our 1 night stay!!

great room and lovely accommodating staff (on arrival) busy place but a great stay overall

morning staff…. refused us water before we left on bikes during the heatwave. thankfully one of us was determined enough to convince them. certainly a policy and attitude that needs looking at. didn’t spoil a great stay.

Staff is OK, the persons at the bar are very nice. The women at the recepsion didn’t give me the Comercial Invoice that

the properti is very good for the amount of money we have paid.

Everything. The hotel is set in a beautiful place. Lovely space around to walk through very friendly people. Staff at the hotel was great 👍 the hotel room wow. It was a massive space very clean and well set out. The view from the balcony was stunning too. Ide recommended anyone to try this place and I most certainly will be going back.

I cant really say anything bad about the place.

Very pleasant.

The size of the room. I was a quiet area and very easy check in and check out. I would always come back. Also free parking, cheap breakfast is great.

That the area and property is slowly demolishing. It seems that it used to be a very nice place, but now not much renovation is done. I hope they will get there in the future again.

Great stop-over in Stadtkyll

Well situated in Stadkyll, close to the centre and various restaurants. Had an excellent dinner on a terrace just 100 meters onwards. Hotel has its own parking space. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Room was very small and not really soundproof with respect to neighbouring room, but it was the last room available that night so probably got the worst room one may get in the hotel, and as for us it was a one night stopover it did not really matter.

Its an ok hotel for one night. It has a beautiful location, but I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was good, the juice machine didn't work and the bottles filled with juice didn't seem very covid friendly to me. The receptionist that answered my call when I gave them notice I was late was very friendly, however arriving after 23 there was nobody there to help me get my car charged overnight and that was a huge problem for me the next day.

People smoking everywhere, might be a German thing. No car charger possibility because night staff didn't know how to operate it. no internet in the rooms, bathroom not very clean.

Good hospitality

The staff was very kind and even let the bar open a couple of hours longer than usual.

There was some blood on the pillow I had to sleep on and the heating was not working.
