Nichts.

The owner of the hotel claims having experience of working for 50 years. it means he know what he offers in breakfast. He deliberately gave 'Activa' Yogurt which has already expired as per labelled date of expiry! The date of expiry was 20/09/2022 for this yogurt served on 22/09/2022!! How did I find this? I asked the person to provide some yogurt in breakfast as I saw other guests were also eating the Yogurt. The Guy got 3 packs of Yogurt, when I picked first then I saw it was already opened and someone has take a spoon of Yogurt from this cup!!!! I requested to the Owner to come and see that this is used already by someone. On this he saw and he said no body had used it. It new and he got yesterday! He conclusion and message was that I am not correct in my facts!! He felt bad and he was red faced with anger!! As I have been traveling almost every second week globally in EU, Asian Africa and America and stays always in 4 or 5 star hotels. I booked this hotel as I did not find any hotel in Dusseldorf due to overbooking because of Glasstec 2022. Most of my travels are for business purpose! so on his reply, it was my shock that how can he respond in such a way. it means he is doing it deliberately. To verify my conclusion I decided to check other two cups also if they have any issues with them. I checked the expiry dates of two cups and found that both are already expired!! first cup on 20th at 21:50 hours and second on 21st september at 8:32 hours!! I was taking breakfast on 22nd september. I took pictures so that atleast I should provide them in case someone doesn't agree on this finding! After taking picture i called the Owner of the hotel and asked him to bring another cup as they are expired. I told him strong voice that you are serving me expired food and that is legally fraud! As I was in hurry to attend glasstec dusseldorf! So first day my breakfast was very bad!! So was on second day and third!!
The owner is not professional. This hotel is worst than B&B! This not a hotel. No water is provided by the hotel owner!! No change of daily towel change!! No change sampoo and shower gel daily. No cleaning of toilet. in fact no one visited during my three day stay for cleaning of the toilet and shower!! The price of this hotel was 125 euros perday!!! Even in Netherlands you find far better hotel and B&B in range of 60 to 100 Euros better than this. you must understand that Netherlands is more costly than this place!!! Very bad breakfast!! The men's toil close to the dining area is smelling like rotten rats!! it not cleaned from many days!!! There is no soap to clean or wash hand in this toilet!! No light in the toilet area!!! He got an avacado on second day of my stay. He cut it in four pieces and gave me 2 on second day of my stay. remaining two cut piece were given on my last day. I found these pieces were already got smelled as if you do not preserve cut fruits properly then this can be the results. I am sharing this detailed experience for making aware to future visitors and Booking.com, so that he person should stop mistreating the guest at such a high prices!! Free WIFI is again a fraud with customer!! He gave password but it doesn't work!! So please do not think if you will get FREE WIFI!!! I had to used my phone's hot spot!!!

A small traditional city centre hotel providing clean no-frills accommodation. Generous breakfast.
The coffee provided at breakfast was weak instant coffee.
