Great location (on lake Titisee). Nice restaurant, Indoor swimming pool, 3 saunas, billiards, mini-bowling, spa-garden with long chairs right on the lake. Forest and lake walks opportunities.
Spa area with saunas is only open at 12:00, so you can‘t enjoy it on the last day before your checkout.

Great SPA area

Loved how close to the lake the property was! The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The lakefront seating are was very nice and private. We love the pool!
Nothing it was great.

Breakfast is exceptional as to choice; quality; and attention
Room had an 'unused' smell to it on arrival but gradually improved over time and after airing
3.0
wellness area and locatiın
double bed was two separate single bed, and not so comfy.
3.5
The restaurant, the hotel location, the restaurant staff (friendly and helpful).
The carpet in our room could have been vacumed more often, and despite the fine staff and amenities, we didn't truly feel the hotel was a good value for the cost.

Room size
Very poor WiFi in the room

Hotel is nicely located. Great balcony view. Room was clean & functional. Good breakfast buffet (the staff was amazing…looked forward to seeing them each day). Friendly front desk staff. Awesome wellness area…looked brand new. The hotel restaurant was decent but the wait staff was great. If it wasn’t for my server (nice woman), it would have been a lackluster experience.
The Wi-Fi was absolutely horrible. Very unreliable & kept disconnecting. Had to use all of the data on my phone plan. I am certain a nice hotel like this one can do much better. The small comforter on the bed was laughable.

location is exceptional , service is good. and restaurant food is very good . enjoyed staying
4.5
The location was amazing, friendly stuff, breakfast was good, sauna and inside pool spacious and modern, free billiard, we took a lake view room which had great view, walking distance from the town, close to many shops and cafes, nice terras and hotel beach area.
Internet was abit slow and dissconected some times, kinda old furniture for a 4star hotel, bowling is 30€/h, be aware that dogs are allowed inside so you may hear them some times, would be better if they have WC on the hotel beach area.

Everything! The hotel is very nice, the staff is super friendly, and the location is perfect.
4.5
Spacious, recently renovated room with decently sized terrace AND lake view, which was a big bonus.
The hotel features a private 'beach' on the lake shore, just across the road: a tranquil place to relax & read or have a swim.
Breakfast was excellent: loads and loads of (regional) fresh produce to choose from.
Very friendly staff, with no exception: from front desk to waiters, from cleaners to barkeepers!
There was a small issue with our room upon arrival, which was handled so professionally and friendly that we immediately forgot about it... ;-)
The restaurant is worth mentioning as well, for two reasons: the most important one being the stunning quality of the dishes served!
The second is more of a tip to future visitors: restaurant capacity is limited, so do make your reservations in advance!
There are restaurants aplenty within walking distance from the hotel, but most close VERY early (some at 18:00!) and mainly offer run-of-the-mill tourist food like schnitzel, steak, flammkuchen and pizza.
For those travelling by car: there is ample parking space, at a very affordable EUR3/day.

Same as the previous time, everything ok. Staff is smiling and attentive to our needs.

Amazing view of the lake, nice table and comfy chairs, all with that great view. We loved the private beach.
The beds were very hard

we had a nice big suite with balcony and another big room (without balcony).
Breakfast has been very well, the restaurant view to the lake even.
The reception at the front desk was very unfriendly. We had arrived just after all the restaurants had closed and it was impossible to get us anything to eat, not even a sandwich. 2 times the table reservation in the restaurant did not work. Once there was an emergency solution, once we had to go out to eat.

Very good location, walking distance to the lake and Titisee center.

Very friendly and top service from the staff, amazing food at the restaurant with an incredible fondue set up. 10/10 pet friendly. The private beach really makes it a very pleasant stay, you receive a beach bag ready to go to the beach - absolutely lovely. 200% recommended and already planning our return. :). PS: they have alpacas 😍
We did not like to leave the hotel 😁

the beach area was nice. the breakfast was very good. we had a nice room with flowers on the balcony.
had to walk across a road to get to the beach area. We liked the cakes in the afternoon, but were surprised we had to pay for the coffee and tea. would expect to pay for alcoholic drinks, but not for coffee and tea if cakes are on offer.
