Room was perfect... very close to the beach... nice swimmingpool... very clean...
on our first visit we had a small kitchen office available .... now it turns out that there is one, but only for an additional charge of 30 euros per day ... which is not explicitly written on the site ...
very loud maids... i understand it's Italy but still....

Tipp: Badekappe selber mitnehmen.

Quiet and relaxing place, with friendly stuff and located very close to the beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice garden and a good restaurant but the property itself need some updates!
The hotel is on a crossroad and in the opposite of a helicopter airport.
So it is loud. The bathroom was mouldy and the air condition was very loud.

The Hotel is well kept overall, nice garden, nice pool and pool with hydromassage, awesome breakfast, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, room was clean and with a nice balcony, it's very close to the beach and you can use hotel's bicycles to go anywhere.
I didn't like the SPA area and for me the "water experience" was included on the price for the stay, but it wasn't. The SPA area is underground so it's in a dark area downstairs where it can feel a little bit suffocating. It was not clear for me that paying for the stay the "water experience" wasn't included. So if I wanted to do that I had to pay the price with a small discount, but still expensive. That part should be more clear for those staying overnight at the hotel. Also the massage and other things, the overnight guests should have a better price but once again, no one offered that. Plus the SPA area is a little bit outdated.. I would not recommend. So we decided just to enjoy the pools that have thermal water and the hydromassage was great for me. Also it lacked a little bit more interest of the front desk staff to offer us the services that the hotel has. For example, nobody talked about lunch or dinner at the hotel. They have a restaurant there but nobody mentioned or advertised that for us. So we when check the menu by ourselves and found it a bit on the expensive side. Also the air conditioning in the room is so laud. OMG there's no way to lower it, the door/window don't have the screen for the mosquitos so if you turn off AC you can't leave the door open because of mosquitos. Definitely the hotel needs to install the screen in every window.

Just location
I had to check out earlier than usual and so I couldn’t use the breakfast service. They have suggested me for a meal box once I will checkout, but at the end they didn’t give anything and I didn’t ask on porpoise

close to the beach and lots of restaurants so it was really what we were looking for and easy parking as well

Free private parking, free bike rental, big swimming pool, great location near the beach, clean rooms and helpful staff.
Breakfasts could be more diverse especially for that price.

Brilliant restaurant staff. The pool was very enjoyable too.
The hotel is located within stunning grounds which are very well kept.
Can't say the same for the building which must have seen better days. Still unsure what the handset by the toilet seat could be used for? Wish I'd picked it up now.

Really cozy and nice aparments, but the price 20Eur per day for the dog is too high.

Great location, extremly peaceful, very spacious room. Staff was very kind, friendly and whenever we needed anything they tried to find a solution straight away.
Was surprised not to see smoked salmon in breakfast selection.

apartments lack some of the basic applyances and household items. All hotel facilities (pool, restaurant even reception) were closed.

Everything was great! the property itself is super clean as well as the rooms! Caterina and the staff was great! we traveled with our cat from Switzerland and the cleaning ladies apart from being nice, they always made sure our cat was safe! this really gave us a piece of mind throughout the entire week that we where there. Thanks again for our magnificent suite with view to the ocean!
The staff in the restaurant was super attentive too! our coffee was served without even asking after they knew our preferences.
This is our hotel of choice every year when we travel to forte!
The free bicycles to explore the city was great and the breakfast with fresh pastries was delicious too!
There was nothing we did not like, everything was great!

The terme was lovely. Bookings for SPA services fill up really quickly. Breakfast in the morning had several options, very accommodating to kids.
For those that swim hours at a time, the pool was a bit too hot and salty, so I wouldn’t recommend it for athletic swimming.

Breakfast was excellent with local, good quality products! Coffee was also good, I do recommend it!
I was travelling with an electrical car and the hotel has a charger. It is extremely slow though (eg. e bit like what you would get if you would use a standard power plug...) and much too expensive. (25EUR pro charge). You get a much better deal if you just use the many public chargers along the sea coast...
A tip for the hotel owners: like many other hotels, you should just offer free charging on that EV charger and then everyone will be happy!

Location just next to aerodrome and beach perfect for us flying in. Terrace Bar and restaurant very good.
Minor detail : gardeners decided to cut the grass in force with several loud machines during breakfast outside in the garden...just wait an hour/two or do the other side of the hotel.

First holiday with our toddler and Hotel Villa Undulna was pretty perfect. We got an apartment, having a kitchenette and a terrace were great for him and he loved the pool and trotting around the gardens.
While the facilities in the apartment were great it was a bit dingy and could do with a microwave!

the staff at the bar were very friendly and delightful. The breakfast was ok. the pictures were accurate. When we checked in the team we wanted to ensure everything was good, but the issue with air conditioning was not resolved.
we were unable to rest well due to the air conditioning not cooling. no way to escape the heat. We had communicated the issue but it was not resolved.

Very few restaurants open closeby in April

Beautiful location close to the sea with a lot of amenities, friendly staff and great services

The hotel and grounds are superb, the indoor pool area which had an opening roof was very clean and well managed. The reception staff were very helpful, we were upgraded to a suite, there were bikes that were free to borrow. The location by the beaches with the mountains behind was excellent. There is also a spa with many treatments available, first class massage. Very relaxing stay, would definitely recommend and go again.
We were a bit disappointed with the evening meal in the restaurant and we didn't realise that some of the breakfast was charged extra

the hotel used to be a beautiful hotel probably in 90s. however, the breakfast was so disappointing, the hotel needs renovation and the price was absolutely not worth it!
very disappointed
it was clean
