Moja niedawna wizyta w tym hotelu była absolutnie niesamowita! Od momentu przyjazdu byłem zachwycony profesjonalizmem i życzliwością personelu. Pokój był przestronny, czysty i elegancko urządzony. Śniadania były przepyszne, z bogatym wyborem dań dla każdego gustu. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna – w samym sercu miasta, blisko plaży. To miejsce naprawdę przekroczyło moje oczekiwania i z pewnością wrócę tu przy najbliższej okazji. Gorąco polecam wszystkim!

Standard na 4* niestety nie na 5* oczekiwałam czegoś wiecej.

Hotel był OK, ładne lampy i meble.

Nie działało SPA o czym nie byłam poinformowana przy rezerwacji - info, że działa od 1.07 dostałam jak zapytałam na recepcji czy mogę się umówić. W hotelu nie działała 1 z 2 wind, w ciagu dnia trwały naprawy i remonty w holu. Plaża hotelowa niestety brudna - puszki po piwie i niedopałki, leżaki dodatkowo płatne.

Mieliśmy piękną pogodę, blisko nad morze i w kilka innych miejsc i to jest pozytywne.

Bardzo smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie godne polecenia i ta obsługa dbająca o gości, super.

Barman i Jego głupie teksty, które były nie na miejscu i ten jego sarkazm, szkoda słów.........

Wspaniałe miejsce

Wspaniały hotel z bardzo miłą obsługą i wyjątkowym śniadaniem. W pokoju są wszystkie udogodnienia, o jakich tylko można pomyśleć. Spodobała nam się możliwość korzystania z basenu, który okazał się doskonałą okazją dla relaksu. Dziękujemy za miły pobyt i pewnie wrócimy.

Schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Stopp in Sopot

Die Lage, das Frühstück, die bequeme Parkmöglichkeit, die Freundlichkeit des Personals außer der Dame am Empfang, die wir beim einchecken erwischt hatten… sie hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag. Das schöne geräumige Badezimmer.

Das einchecken, spröde, unverbindlich und unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war für ein Superior zu klein.

Better be generously to customers and fair, otherwise they don’t feel comfortable

Location fine to beach, quite

Reception very good as well as Spa. In restaurant, on the bill, additional charges of 25 euro were added to my bill, after I complained, I received in Restaurant a “compensation” of half a glass red wine. This is not how to treat guests and next 5 days I went to other places. Better to check the restaurant bill. Was sad, because Rest was good to excellent.

Do not go if you want to rest!

It is a good location near center and sea.

It is not 5* hotel! Staff is extremely unfriendly and not helpful! They invest in facilities but not in customer service. At night the lamps got broken and we were not able to switch the light - when we called they proposed to take out the card, meaning to not have any lights and try to sleep without air-conditioning during extreme heat. After repeating request to solve the issue - they came, took out the lamps but did not apologize for inconvenience neither at night nor in the morning. The room is dark, only with small window. Jacuzzi is not working and for long time. The saunas are extremely small - only for 2-3 people, so it was a queue to get in. They have a private beach but you need to pay extra and it is not possible to reserve the place. The service is very slow there despite that there were 3 employees.

The jacuzzi should not be broken. We should have been notified before we got there. I like with my family using jacuzzi. Lastly I called twice that our sink was clogged nobody came to fix it All employees were very helpful. Spa employees were amazing The breakfast was the best ever. Love the quality of food. Also gym must have internet because people like to watch online classes to workout on machines. You should put internet extender like Eero. Thank you for everything. This was a great time with my family

Exceptional

An extraordinary and unique Hotel. The whole atmosphere, styling was royal and of high class. Quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the restaurant and arts.The location in Sopot is perfect. Could be one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Much better than Radissons, Continentals, Marriotts or any other 4/5 star chain hotels I've been to.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Warm and cozy room. Food variety at breakfast.

1. I couldn't comfortably take a bath because of water leaking out from it. After 20 minutes, it was half full. 2. The water stream temperature in the shower was changing its temperature to lower, and after some seconds, was going back to hot again. It was not really comfortable.
