Bastante decepcionante

Tamaño de las habitaciones.

No tienen en cuenta las peticiones del cliente. Pedí una habitación tranquila y me pusieron al lado de un grupo de gente que se pasaron de fiesta toda la noche y ni hicieron nada para impedirlo.

L’emplacement est super.

La chambre est mal insonorisé, on entend les bruits de la rue, du couloir et même de l’étage au dessus. Le lit est petit et pas confortable.

Fijn verblijf in Valencia

De locatie is top! Makkelijk te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer (ook op loopafstand een metrostop die rechtstreeks vanaf en naar het vliegveld vertrekt.) Mooi hotel, schoon, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Bushalte voor de deur met een buslijn die je naar het oude centrum brengt (Valencia Tourist Card is echt aan te raden), Het park Jardín del Turia (waar het hotel aan ligt) is leuk om door heen te wandelen na een avond Tapas en Sangria. Heel fijn dat het hotel net buiten het drukke centrum valt.

Great trip!

Very good facilities, room was spacious and clean. Big bathroom and shower. Great location for walking through the city, besutifuk park across the road. Reception staff were friendly and happy to assist. Able to offer twin rooms for a girls trip.

Disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn't open when we arrived and we were told it might be open later during our stay. We had chosen the hotel for the bar and pool which was also much smaller than expected and always busy. Little things would have gone a long way - called down to reception and asked the bar to have glasses and borrow a bottle opener and ice to have a drink in the room which was not met with a pleasant response and noone came to bring us one. Also for a 5 star, there was little amenities, kettle and basic tea and coffee. No coffee machine.

Very spacious room, though poorly maintained.

I liked the room layout, very spacious, bathroom separated from room by two sets of doors, so good for privacy. Lovely view. Staff were generaly friendly/helpful, and the breakfast was good, On the other hand: There is a distinct sewage smell coming into the bathroom and room, most likely from the waste pipes. While the bathroom was very well cleaned, the bedsheets were unfortunatley not. The AC started making a loud rattling noise the second day we were there, The wi-fi really doesn't work inside the room. The "Business centre" is situated in the open reception hall, so not great for trying to get work done or do online meetings. In-room safe was broken too, and the window curtains are not black-out. All a bit surprising in a 5* hotel.

Valencia was absolutely incredible

Absolutely loved the hotel , breakfast was incredible, room was fantastic , great location , welcoming staff at front desk

The roof top terrace experience really disappointed, we were not allowed to move chairs to sit insun and also when I asked to see the menu I was sat at a table that didn’t serve food so could not order , disappointment with the flexibility to accommodate customers

Superb

All the staff were excellent. They even took the trouble to put a bottle of sparkling wine in our room on my birthday, a lovely touch. The location is fairly central too, for all that the city gives and only 20 minutes from the airport

Nice few days but is not a five star palace

Housekeeping was excellent and super friendly!!!

Air con didn’t work Staff were helpful but not welcoming Shampoo and conditioner ruined my hair Walls are very thin Pool beds unorganised and messy Pool was disappointing and didn’t look like the photos Overall a good few days but not a five star hotel

Overall more 4 star than 5 star.

The room is great, the location is convenient and all the staff service are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The lobby is very pretty and the room was nice. They gym is good.

The rooftop pool is covered and this is not shown in the photos. You have to pay an additional fee to enter the spa, it's not included in the standard room booking which is a shame. Complimentary water on day of arrival but not replaced for rest of stay.

The location to the city center is perfect, staff were very friendly as well. the room itself was just oke.

other then the lobby itself, the rooms wasn’t 5 star worthy, from the room itself you could hear everything outside the room, also the grey pillow on the bed, they had hair from other people on it, we didn’t made a complain but it seem very unhygienic. also sometimes the is a boiler sound coming from the shower which was very unpleasant in the morning.

Comfortable , safe and great choice

The breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices and fresh food. Even the hotel restaurant is excellent. It is not the 1st time I stayed at the hotel and it will not be the last time.

Maybe one thing that I can suggest is that the hotel restaurant closes early at around 10.30 pm

Location

More 4 star than 5 star. Pool not open and the fact I was being charged 23 euro for breakfast by going straight to restaurant as opposed to going via reception. Didn't make sense trying to get that few extra euros out of me. Overall, the location is great. I'd like staff to be more informative as opposed to googling for or info. Overall, a nice hotel is in a great location
