The hotel and the room looks nice, for a 3* hotel it was unexpected to be that good. Breakfast, perfect, a lot of option and very tasty food. I eat there very good food. Friendly and nice stuff and open to help at any hour, service desk can solve any problem, I like this very much. Everybody speaks some English. Better than some other very luxury hotels where I stayed in the past. Front sea view, small balcony with a table and some tea for coffee, the perfect way to start a day. I didn't have time to enjoy he hotel pool, but I saw every morning how they cleaned and disinfected the whole pool area. One of my best experience in a sea side hotel. Many thanks to the staff for everything!

The air conditioner was poor, but acceptable.

The property was beautiful, the location of the hotel was so breathtaking. We had the view of the beach and the hills from our balcony which was so lovely and awesome to see every morning when you wake up and the sound of the waves was just so delightful. The staff was exceptionally lovely and so so friendly and welcoming. They gave us information on where the best food was and what were the best things to do on the island The staff on the reception David was the best we requested him to give us a room with a good view when we ere checking in and he gave us the very best and was extremely helpful and very kind throughout our stay. I would not want to stay anywhere else and would definitely recommend this to family and friends 💕

The lady at reception mocked and laughed at my bosnian passport openly to her colleague which upset me alot and I asked what the problem is and she ignore me. I found it racist and very disrespectful , I complained to the manager the next day and he was very freindly and the other staff , but based on this interaction I would not recommend the hotel to anyone based of this one girl who was in my opinion openly racist to me ,

Location, activities and entertainment were excellent. Very child friendly. Lively atmosphere Staff very helpful. Pools excellent. Quiet at night.

Good location, great beach, friendly employees, nice swimming pool and good food

Small and old bedrooms, poor cleaning not enough elevators to the number of guests. Limited kinds of fruit and often with poor quality.

Right on the beach and walking distance to bars & shops. Good evening entertainment. Fantastic breakfast selection. Would go there again.

Lifts were a bit hit & miss. Long wait on occasions especially at breakfast time. We were in building 2 so had a long walk to the pool via building 1. Would have liked a kettle in the room.
