A nice garden and quiet place
I am sorry but this is the worst hotel I ever stayed in my Italian journey.
my room number is Number 1, I believe it is the number 1 worst room .
Room only has one window but facing to
the aisle,if you open the window you let everyone passing the aisle know your privacy .
Every time you come in from the outside and open the door you can smell strong musty, dirty air inside the room .
Noise everywhere even in the night . Two automatic lights in the aisle turn on and turn off every two minutes making a regular noise .
Other sounds like raindrops never stop, regardless of raining outside or not .
The restaurant is close to the room No.1 ,you can hear everybody talking loudly even in the early morning before 7am .
After I check out I escaped this terrible Number 1 room immediately.

that it was unique and charming in the country side
that the taxi fare to Rome was super expensive , so would chose to stay closer to the city if your doing things in Rome

it was hard to enjoy anything about the place after the way I was treated.
Unfortunately, the manager here does not know how to control himself. He was extremely inappropriate asking me personal questions… whether I was alone, if I had a boyfriend, etc. For some unsaid reason he decided to put me in a different room then he’d originally set up for me which made me uncomfortable to the point that I pushed some furniture against the door and never got undressed during my stay. He kept insisting to make me a special drink even after I told him I don’t drink alcohol and wanted to go to bed. He then acted disappointed as if he were trying to make me feel bad about it.
If I had another option I would have left to go somewhere I could feel safe but it was already dark and the place is in the middle of an unlit residential neighborhood with no taxis or businesses in sight. Instead, I kept my composure and didn’t speak up because I didn’t want the situation to become worse.
If you are thinking about staying here to be close to the airport don’t bother. First, I had trouble finding a taxi that would take me there from CIA airport and it ended up costing more because prices outside of Rome City Center are not fixed. The taxi that was pre-arranged for my return to the airport actually came from Rome City Center and started the meter from there (before picking me up) so it cost nearly double then it would from center anyways.
As far as the room, it was big, old, and freezing since the windows were left wide open on an October night and the heater did not work. The bed was comfy enough but I could have slept better if it wasn’t for feeling unsafe, the loud guests, paper thin walls and awful echo throughout the building.
If the manager had some understanding that women do not stay here for his own entertainment and a little respect for himself and his guests, the problems with the room could be overlooked. Unfortunately, this was not the case and I will be filing a formal complaint with Booking.

Great value.
I learnt a lot about Rome's public transport system.
I walked around the neighborhood area which was intetesting.
Nice and friendly staff.
The low price covers any lack of facility. All good.

I liked the reception I got from the hotel attendants, cleanliness of the rooms and kindness that I was always receiving from them (Mr Khan and another one who we never had a chance to talk and to get to know his name). Water was always warm, and towels were always ready for use.
The place is very far from town, and there was no guide at least to guide you to where you want to go. I suggest you get some copies of area maps that can properly guide your clients during their stay in Rome. Otherwise, Khan was very kind and helpful. Thank you.
