Das Hotel war sauber, aber ohne Flair und Seele.

Das wenige Personal, dass vorhanden war, war sehr bemüht.

Das Restaurant war wegen einer Veranstaltung und zu wenig Personal geschlossen. Die Veranstaltung war so laut, dass man die Musik bis ins Zimmer gehört hat und mitsingen konnte. Vor dem Hotel gab es eine große Baustelle, die früh morgens schon Lärm verursachte und es unmöglich machte sich vor das Hotel (Rezeption) vorfahren zu lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel in der Schweiz mittelmäßig.

Un musée-hôtel hors du temps où il fait bon vivre, dans un village engadin traditionnel.

Central pour visiter l'Engadine. Hotel-musée restauré dans un village traditionnel aux maisons peintes. Dévouement du personnel. Confort des chambres. Le petit déjeuner servi dans une salle rénovée au style impérial <3

Des occupants très bruyants à notre étage, à une heure du matin !!!! Quel manque de respect !!!!

Je n’y retournerai plus

Très bel hôtel, avec un bon emplacement :

Les lits sont inconfortables : je ne comprends pas que l’on trouve des m’attelais aussi fermes : a ce jour le mal de dos est toujours présent. Malgré le volume généreux de la chambre, il ne faut pas être un peu plus gros que la norme pour entrer dans la douche ou être confortable aux toilettes.

Geenszins 4 sterren waard - een zware ontgoocheling

De inzet van de mevrouw van het restaurant en ontbijt (mevr. Veronika) viel heel goed mee. Zij was heel vriendelijk en klantgericht.

1/de kamer was niet in het hotel 2/in een gebouw aan de andere kant van de straat zelfs niet voorzien van een lift 3/het gebouw was helemaal niet netjes (ik nam daar foto's van) 4/de kamer stemde niet overeen met wat Booking.com vermeldde (bvb. geen kluis in de kamer, geen slippers, etc.) 5/de televisie werkte gedurende het ganse verblijf niet. Ik ben hierover vier maal naar receptie geweest. Veel bla bla en beloften maar geen herstel vond plaats. 6/de takenkennis van de receptie viel tegen.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Staff was really helpful, polite and professional Pizzeria was excellent, THe staff in Pizzeria were really humble and helped a lot in selecting best dishes Price was reasonable Breakfast also was excellent I should mention that their hot chocolate was the best I ever had

Esperienza pessima

La struttura era chiusa

La struttura mi ha dato la disdetta 14 giorni prima di partire per la vacanza. Mi hanno detto che dovevano rinnovare l‘albergo in quel periodo. Poi quando sono stato a Samedan la struttura era semplicemente chiusa perché avevano deciso di chiudere la struttura per mancanza di clienti. In quel periodo anche altre strutture e ristoranti avevano chiuso perché sembrava che non ci fosse nessuno in paese. Ritengo il comportamento della struttura di far fare le prenotazioni e poi annullare se non ci sono abbastanza clienti molto sgradevole. Io ovviamente ho dovuto cercare un altra camera con prezzi molto maggiorati rispetto a quando avevo prenotato io. La struttura mi ha detto per whatsapp che sarebbero felici di ospitarmi un altra volta. Non sapevo se mi stavano prendendo in giro o cosa.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als das Personal sag, dass wir die CheckIn Zeit nicht halten konnten, wurden wir per Anruf und sms benachrichtigt, inkl Tür Zugangscode und Depot des Zimmer Schlüssels.

Nice hotel, need improvements

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is large, with a bathtub. Very good location, near train station.

I stayed in the hotel before the pandemic and everything was perfect then. Now I was disappointed with the breakfast - many products were missing and were only partially replaced. upon request, after 20 minutes. If you can stay for an hour and a half at breakfast to wait for various products, it's ok, but we wanted to go to the mountains... too bad, I hope they recover!

Nice, comfortable hotel well located for visiting the Engadin around St. Moritz and Pontresina

The room was spacious with wooden floor and a big bath room. The hotel seems to be renovated recently. Breakfast table with good choice. Enough space for parking.

Coffee has to be ordered by the staff for breakfast, more convenient would be some automatic coffee machines.

A grand hotel with great onsite facilities.

This is a grand old hotel still looks impressive, and provided all modern conveniences including a gorgeous breakfast room and onsite pizzeria. Convenient parking out front, and a short walk to other local restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

Happy we stayed here instead of St Moritz. Walkable from station, so we could catch the Palm express bus 165 to Menaggio

Beautiful old world furnished hotel with super friendly staff. Great breakfast and dinner. Catered for all food allergies. Easy access from rail station. Better than St Moritz. A great find

Great location, great welcome, lovely room, we felt comfortable in the hotel

We were allocated a great room, great shower and bath, parking was also easy and location was in walking distance to everywhere. The front office manager, Francesco was very welcoming (100% marks) and helpful on our arrival. We did not have a convertor plug ( UK/EU) which the hotel provided us with a solution with no fuss.

Our only negative was that the hot breakfast was not hot which we advised the lady on duty who was not receptive of this feedback which was unfortunate otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Lovely old world charm. Very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast in a lovely setting.

The dinner special was hugely overpriced when we received our bill. Ensure that you are given the price before ordering. Felt like a ripoff.

excellent stay - would definitely recommend

excellent location, very close to the station. room was spacious and well equipped. the staff were friendly. the views from the room of the snow capped mountains were beautiful. the breakfast buffet was excellent- but maybe understaffed for a busy morning

we were not notified that the time we traveled was part of Spring holiday period, and many of the towns shops and restaurants were closed. Including the hotel restaurant for dinner. only available was a very reduced menu in the bar or room service

breakfast was great. rooms were very nice and spacious. views from the rooms were very nice. staff was very nice and polite.

strangely the room didn't have any ceiling lamps. the walls are not particularly sound-proof.
