Espectativas no cumplidas

Habitaciones reformadas hace poco, con tamaño razonable y limpias, personal de limpieza agradable.

La relación calidad - precio del hotel no es correspondiente a lo que en realidad es. El hotel está dividido en varios edificios, para desayunar hay que atravesar la calle y para ir a la piscina también. Los horarios del hotel están muy adaptados a los extranjeros, una de las piscinas cierra a las 18h y la otra a las 19h, si piensas darte un baño por la tarde, no cuentes con ello. Los horarios de la restauración son muy limitados, el restaurante del hotel solo abre en horario de comida y por dos horas, como te descuides, si pensabas comer ahí no comes. El pool bar está abierto más tiempo, por la noche supuestamente está abierto hasta las 12, pero si llegas a menos 15 ya no te atienden. Nosotros fuimos a esa misma hora a pedir una infusión por un problema digestivo y se negaron a darnos un poco de agua caliente con una bolsita de té. Las habitaciones no están equipadas ni con hervidor de agua, ni plancha de ropa ni amenities en el minibar. La instalaciones del hotel están bastante anticuadas. En resumen, para la calidad que debería tener un hotel de 4* deja mucho que desear.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühl und würden immer wieder kommen.

Unser Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick (obwohl nur seitlicher Meerblick gebucht war) war super schön und auch sehr groß! Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war ruhig und sehr entspannt. Die beiden Poolanlagen, einerseits Richtung Hafen und andererseits an der Bar, waren schön und ruhig- man konnte sehr gut entspannen.

Höchstens dass die Vorhänge und Fensterahmen im Zimmer ziemlich dreckig/fleckig waren.

Uncomfortable but cheap at least

The hotel is located an acceptable walking distance from the town promenade. Everything was clean and the room had an amazing view of the ocean. Even the single room we booked had an ocean view. The staff was very welcoming and smiling. Breakfast had a large selection and varied every day.

The beds were awful! Very hard and the pillows very flat and uncomfortable. We couldn't get the air-conditioning to work even though we asked the reception to fix it. The rooms were not sound isolated so we could hear noice from the hallway, people snoring in the neighbouring rooms and construction from the outside, even with the terrace door closed. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation so everything in the room was wet after a shower.

Best Breakfast and Views

We only travelled here to stay a night as we were quite restricted time wise on our trip. This accommodation exceeded expectations though. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The room itself was clean, modern, and had a fantastic view of the water. The hotel also had two pools, and the best continental breakfast we had on the trip.

Super/czysty hotel, przyjazna obsługa, dobre śniadania, fajne dwa baseny. Cisza, spokój, położony przy samym porcie i niedaleko plaży. Dobry punkt wypadkowy w różne zakątki wyspy. Polecam.

Nice and affordable that lives up to expectationsq

Good view and very good breakfast. Fresh and new rooms. The beds was very comfy. The straff was friendly.

Pool should be open longer on high season. The AC was a little bit to warm and it was annoying that it turned off everytime the balcony door was open.

Lovely hotel - would stay again!

The staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel location and cleanliness was great and the view was stunning over the harbour :) I liked the amount of choice at breakfast too! The pool was great and we never struggled to get a sunbed either.

The sunbeds around the pool were pretty uncomfortable after a long period of time and there weren't enough umbrellas for shade. The pool bar was generally great but the ice creams weren't restocked the whole 8 days we were there and ended up with very little choice.

Perfect place to relax

Our honeymoon was absolutely amazing. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful, calm and quiet so if you want to relax, this is the perfect place to stay. There are a few beaches and amazing restaurant near by. Both swimming pools are amazing to spend the day or after the beach. Breakfast was good. The room was clean every day. We had an amazing time and it was exactly what we were looking for after a stressful period planning our wedding. We were so tired and just needed a few days to chill.

Wi-Fi especially in the evening was crap and pool hours could be extended. It closed too early for a hot place where the sun still out until 21h,22h.

Great price value, but generally unkind staff

Great price value, side sea view, pool & breakfast in Portocolom with basically no kids / families around

Little bit thin walls and some of the staff members were really direct (i.e. rude): it felt like there are extremely strict rules about everything in the hotel we didn’t know about (when & how to get a coffee; no cutlery or plates could be asked to the room; specifics at breakfast like no bottles allowed to be refilled with WATER / strict rules about how you prep your omelet ingredients / sending away my gf from a table of 4 after I let her stay longer to enjoy her coffee alone as she was occupying too much space) basically any FAQ we asked was a big NO with a little bit of scolding from the staff

Clean and spacious room, big comfy bed. The shower had good pressure which is unusual for most hotels. Breakfast was lovely, maybe needed a bit more variety from day to day, but we were overall happy with the food.

The room was facing a noisy side street where the hotel got deliveries and I heard a garbage truck on several occasions. Also the walls were very thin, so thin that we could hear everything from the other rooms.

the town is quiet, beautiful and safe. the hotel is clean and the view from the bedroom is pleasant, the breakfast very good

the room was renovated but very basic, only one pillow with a sham. It was cold and although we adjusted the temperature to the thermostat the air was still cold. staff nice but not informed. couldn’t get a coffee if the bar was closed and it was closed often

Excellent choice!

The best hotel we have stayed in Mallorca up to now. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh fruits, a big variety of bread and pastries. Hot and cold food also. The breakfast area is also amazing, just facing the sea. Absolutely delicious! The pools are great and very clean, with a lot of chairs and a bar. The hotel offered us a shower room after our checkout so we could use the pool or go to the beach and then have a shower before we head to the airport. They also have a very reasonable extension price in case you want to check out late (like at 6pm). We would definitely stay there again! Also a big thanks to the housekeepers, they were very kind, friendly and helpful!

Location was great, lovely view. Staff were friendly. Maria Jesus was a real star. A true asset to the hotel. She went over and above to help us. She was excellent and worked hard on such a hot evening and next morning.

OK. Orange juice was watered down which was not good. Not a great choice of cereals. Bed was very small. Too small for a hot location. Air conditioning was not that good either. Wi-Fi didn’t work, a technical issue. Engineer was due the next day after we left.

One of the best hotel experiences ever

Our seven-day stay in late August was one of the best hotel experiences we had recently. Our room was clean, spacious, with a perfect balcony and a fine view of the sea. It was cleaned everyday, while the bed was comfortable and just right. The bathroom was spacious and the hairdryer very good. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, had a large variety of food, both warm and cold, savory and sweet, so they were well worth the money and we would always recommend them. In case you need a fizzy drink or alcohol during dinner, you pay additionally, but water and juice are free of charge. The staff was welcoming and friendly, as we arrived late and missed our first dinner at the hotel, they even went on to leave us some food and sweets in the room to freshen up after arriving at 3 AM. The location of the hotel is great, some 10 minutes of walking away from a beautiful beach called Cala Mascal. Parking is available for free on all streets around the hotel and we always managed to find a place to park easily. It may seem a bit pricey, but we would definitely come back to this hotel. It is well worth it.

Everything was great, though the working hours of the pools could be extended. It did not bother us, since we spent most of our time at the beach. Moreover, the refrigerator in the room could be filled with drinks and snacks and serve as a mini bar, but that's just a suggestion. Juices during breakfast and dinner were a bit watery and could be of better quality. Prices of drinks in the machine in the lobby and the pool bar are a bit too high.

Pleasant

The staff, in particular those serving the breakfast were very gentle. We enjoyed the breakfast with all the options, such as omelettes and fresh fruit. Room was clean and the sea view was nice as well.

We felt scammed, the posted room was with a queen bed, also from the pictures, but we were given a room with 2 single beds, not what expected. The staff couldn't relocate us cause the hotel was full.
