The staff was very friendly, they solved our problems quickly.

Breakfast was very sloppy. I have stayed in many hotels, but for the first time I saw that there was no cheese and olives in a breakfast. Spain is a Mediterranean country, putting tomatoes and olives in breakfast does not create a big cost for a hotel, I hope you will take this into consideration.

Nice place, amicable staff and perfect for non-demanding people.

Place is very convenient, with all the services needed for longer stays as well. The terrace of our room was spacious and the neighborhood dynamic but not noisy. Cleaness is on the highest level and breakfast options are good enough and affordable. The "pedestrian zone" with shops, markets and restaurants is reacable on foot (5 minutes). Beach is not far away and reachable easily by foot. Staff is super nice and helpful.

Superb

The room was perfect in size for us (2 adults and 1 child). We had a doulble bed with a single, 2 nightstands, a wardrobe and a TV (paid 10 euros deposit for the remote which I got back when we left the hotel). The bathroom was big with a shower(that fitted 2 PEOPLE AT THE SAME TIME), sink and toilet, plus a towel rack righ under the window (loved the fact they had a window so we could leave it open after taking a shower). We also had air conditioning and a small balcony (which was acceptable seeing as we were staying for 5 days only). Very close to shops(had a supermarket right next door), city centre(2-3 min walk) and the beach(5-7 min walk)! If you don't feel like going out, the bar is open 24/7 and you can get served coffee or drinks or you can take them to your room. Overall we loved it as it satisfied our needs for a week vacantion and service we received for what we paid was more then ok.

The doors could use changing as they are old and make noise when being open( it's ok during the day, but at night if the person isn't carefull they might wake others up). Also a small fridge in the room would be helpful as we had to always buy cold water once every 2-3 hours (lucky shops are close). The walls are a bit thin and if the people next door are not respectful you might end up hearing everything they talk (especially at night), but the staff can help you if that happens (the rule is between 11 pm and 6 am there has to be complete silence) - if you call them they will sort it out.

we really had a lovely week staying here. a good 5 minutes walk to the beach. and the town was lovely.

all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. a/c very good in the bedroom. beds comfy and great maid service every day. everywhere was clean and sparkling

toilet in bedroom far too small for a bigger person. door folded in half. we all managed but we are small. no sink in toilet. sink was with shower which also was a small room but shower worked fine.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice bathroom/shower facility, solid breakfast selection for the price, comfy beds, daily room service, good A/C, quiet location.

A balcony is rather small but still big enough to have a sit.

An extremely friendly hotel. We are always made to feel so very welcome : it was a great to be back!

All was terrific : we’d stayed before and it was great to see that standards were just as high. I’d love to see boiled eggs back on the breakfast menu. But that’s a tiny caveat.

See above about eggs. ( I’m vegetarian) . The room walls are a little thin so sometimes there’s a sound bleed between rooms. Which can be a bit of a nuisance at night: but we invested in ear plugs!

Thank you for a comfortable stay and your kind support.

The hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible via bus or airport shuttle service which we used, We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival after midnight and the receptionist was even kind enough to help us carry our luggage (a big bicycle box) to our room. It was quiet at night so we had a good night's sleep. Everything was clean. A special bonus is that the beach is within 5 minutes walk straight down the road from the hotel. Perfect for lovers of early morning swimming in the sea like us!

The breakfast buffet felt a bit limited for us as we are vegans, however, they did have fresh fruit and cereals so it was possible to fix ourselves a breakfast without much hassle. In all fairness, we booked this hotel short notice, so I trust that had we communicated our preferences in advance there might have been more options.

Great vacation in Spain

Near from the central street of Callela, not far from railway station, straight down to the beach, 1h 20min to Barcelona by train. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and a big supermarket in vicinity. Breakfast included 4 sorts of sausage, cheese, yogurts, fruit salad, cornflakes with milk, tea and coffee, bakery and croissants.

Low sound isolation between rooms. There were noisy neighbors one night who listened music loudy. But the administrator managed everything fast.

Great value

I loooove the airconditioning. The beds are comfortable enough. The rooms are spacious and clean, a very good value for money.

The walls are fairly thin, it's very hard to sleep in as the cleaners in the morning are pretty loud. I also could not find a "do not disturb" sign, so housekeeping wíll knock on your door. And you can hear your neighbours sneeze, shower etc. But good earplugs help a lot :)

Very good price-value ratio.

Good location, the hotel is very close to the beach. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was rich, the air-conditioned rooms are comfortable and clean. The housemaid cleaned the rooms every days.
