It promised so much but I was left very disappointed, especially from the lady manager.

Good location, Cleaners and reception people were lovely along with bar staff. Cheap Cocktails, good food at the pool too. Excellent breakfast although 14 euros per person a tad steep as we ate at 4 other hotels for a tad cheaper and a couple actually had much better food options. They had a DJ poolside some days, some good entertainment on certain nights too.

Rooms quite noisy as you can here all going on next door via the balconies. The area attracts lots of young people but then that is what you get on holiday! Jacuzzi tiny. as are the two lifts. You cant get a sun lounger from 830am as people go put their towels down and pop off for e day but thats not exclusive for hotels overseas! Little ants in room, room service didn't happen 2 of the 9 days, gym small and old equipment, but my main disappointment is on the first day one of our foursome (we booked two rooms) we had phone stolen-poolside. Staff recognized bloke lurking as he is a regular layabout. No CCTV outside only in. The manager was due to contact me (still waiting) and the 2nd in command (a lady) offered to give me a refund for my stay which may take up to 10 days as booked via booking.com and then I would have to pay an inflated rate elsewhere! She handled it awfully. No gesture of a free meal or breakfast etc. In truth my rating would have been a tad higher had it not been for her awful customer service skills. The local police did nothing of course and we wasted 90 mins at the local station whilst they had giggles among themselves. People stealing in area is not unusual so beware to all visiting Playa de Palma as we witnessed two people approaching us on the beach if we witnessed anyone taking there stuff on different days as the thieves were out helping themselves.

comfortable and relaxing.

friendly clean value for money. helpful and beautiful hotel. beds and rooms are lovely. staff work very hard to make your stay comfortable.

no tea/coffee in room or after 11.30pm no food when we arrived late. that’s being picky! we got over it and wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Exceptional

Good service, a clean hotel, super close to the beach. I would choose that place again. It was the perfect place to spend the night; sad we did not have more time there.

There were no blankets, only sheets, and I am that kind of person who prefers to sleep under the blanket, even in summer. Fortunately, I had mine with me that day, but it would not be extra to have them there.

I asked on reception to call me a taxi to the airport. Hotel is 5 minutes from airport and i paid 20€. So better if you ask at the hotel first, how much does it cost. Because i dont think the price was fair.

Great value, great breakfast, lovely atmosphere and peaceful location

Amazing breakfast, modern rooms and peaceful, stunning pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel smelt really nice! Thoughtful touches like water bottles / snacks in room and luggage room with showers. Location is great for the beach and easy bus ride into town (no. 25).

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as would be expected. The bathroom, the fridge and the wall trim areas of the room needed a deep clean. The floor was not cleaned properly when we arrived. The bathroom is in need of an extractor fan or some kind of ventilation.

Pleasant hotel, nice & helpful staff, tasty food and close to the beach.

Room was big and clean, had all sorts of drinks and tea available to you. Bathroom was clean and had all sorts of toiletary that you may need even a spare toothbrush :) as well as a bathrobs. Balkony had a nice view at the sea side and swiming pools. Room was cleaned every day and the sweets left for us on our beds. Food at the breakfast and dinner was tasty- lot's to choose from. There was plent of fruits and cakes and deserts to chose from as well. One night we had a chocolate fontaine and all sorts of goodies that would go with it. Swimming pool area was lovely with a waiter assisting you. Very helpful staff at the reception, we were able to leave our bags in starage untill late due to our flight beeing in the evening and still continue to use the pool facility.

There was no water at the dinner, you have to buy a drink each evening even though you have hotel bottled water in your room. The beds were way too soft for us ( or that many times used) you litteraly fall in the hole while you sleeping. And the water in the pool was way too cold to use the pool facility in a September break.

Lovely modern hotel, wonderful spacious junior suite with great bathrooms. Lovely pools.

We were upgraded to the junior suite which was a lovely surprise after a long day travelling. This was a beautiful spacious suite with a good view overlooking one of the pools. I would book this one next time. The hotel smelt wonderful and it was cleaned well. Modern design, lovely pools lit up at night and a bar. Really nice hotel

Just there was a bad smell in the evening probably coming from the pool as we went up to our apartment.
