We love the property and are a returning visitor. Its location is perfect for travelling through from Italy on the way to the UK. Super dog friendly and excellent accommodation.

Amazing hotel, fantastic view on Cervino mountain from the window. Staff very kind and nice. The spa is also really great, you can spend some time and relax.
Strongly suggested; close to the ski area and to fantastic hikings
Dinner is a bit expensive

Beautiful place to stay! The staff were outstanding!

beautiful spaces, wonderful spa, staff were very courteous and accommodating in every way.
No complaints

Fantastic place to stay in the Cervinia area. The hotel is a family owned hotel with a cozy atmosphere, a tasty decoration, a high service level and fantastic food - both breakfast and dinner. A lot of the food is home made and prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. The spa area is an unique place to rest after a long day in the mountains. It is a very peaceful place with no noice from outside facilities or roads. The host family is very kind and make you feel at home at their beautiful hotel.
It takes 5 to 10 minutes by car to get to the slopes. However, the hotel has drivers who brings you there and pick you up, whenever needed.

All the staff were very warm and friendly. The service was kind and always helpful. it was a comfortable and cosy hotel with lovely food and wine list. loved the place and would happily return
very hot sometimes at night!

This hotel --the location, the food, the people, the environment, the rooms, and the overall experience-- is simply special. It merits its own category in a way (Magical Places that you think about when you have a bad day and wish you could snap your fingers and arrive at). We loved it and can't wait to return. Ciao Ludovico!
We liked most everything. If I had to stretch I'd say the sinks in the bathrooms were a bit awkward and the fruit at breakfast could be improved, particularly in summer.

This is a smaller than average ‘designed for skiing’ hotel that is pretty awesome out of season
The staff, the food and the relaxed atmosphere

The perfect place. So chic, cozy and cool without trying too hard. The perfect vibe that you look for everywhere but never really find. Beautifully decorated. Perfectly clean. Amazing food and top quality wine and drinks. Amazing bar with open fire and top bartender who made the best drinks. Fantastic staff and owner who go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Easy to find and get to. We loved everything about it and can't wait to go back.
Nothing.

Such a wonderful and friendly spot. perfectly situated outside Cervinia. Ludo and his family has been running the place for three generations and adds their personal touch and service to everything. a fantastic experience for our family.

Ludovico and his team are true hospitality professionals. They are attentive, accommodating, and go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible.
The chalet is fantastic. Very well maintained, and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space to chill out in a softly lit ambiance. We loved the bar and lounge area, with loads of sofas and armchairs around a large central fireplace.
Breakfast and dinner were also extremely good, with plenty of choice and the possibility to adapt dishes to suit our dietary requirements (my daughter being lactose intolerant, and me vegan).
The spa was something to look forward to at the end of a day skiing. Sauna, steam room, ice water plunge, two outdoor jacuzzis, and a nice veranda with stove with soft music playing in the background. Everything in perfect working conditions, unlike many places we have been to where spas had seen better days. Also a good choice of massages.
The location is also ideal. Half way between Valtournanche and breuil-Cervia. Immerse in nature. The team will drop you off, and pick you up at a drop of a hat (well, a phone call).
Overall, great value for money. Highly recommended. We will definitely go back.

We like very much the cozy atmosphere of this family run hotel. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. You feel at home, while enjoying high quality services. The Spa area is very nice and comfortable, with its view on the Matterhorn. But, perhaps, what we love the most is the food, which is simply outstanding for half board staying.
This is our second time at Les Neiges d’Antan and we’ll come back for sure!

Family owned hotel that is comfortable, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our bedroom. A relaxing spa and well appointed rooms. very friendly. excellent restaurant dinners and breakfasts, as we stayed half board. A lovely bar area to chill in après ski
you are dependent on the hotel to taxi you to the slopes and back, but it was never a long wait and actually quite nice to get away from the busy ski resort.

wood and stone
staff very nice and helpful
prefer to be nearer town
very expensive (900 euros per night half board) and expected more eg bottle of water on arrival would have been nice and body moisturiser as part of toiletries - had to ask for satellite box and remotes for TV. staff did provide quickly.
hot tub nice but not very warm
4.8
Design and decor in general, lounge with fireplace, green surroundings. Sauna with a view. Cleanliness of the room, pet friendly. Friendly and respectful hosts.
Desserts were good.
No elevator. However, staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage and stroller multiple times.
Menu in English is different than one in Italian. Lots of options in the menu, however too experimental / rustic for my taste of Italian cuisine. (I prefer rather classic Italian dishes).

The hotel is beautifully located with splendid views on the Matterhorn. The staff is very accomodating and will take care of your every need. The dinner is excellent and the wine cellar exquisite with both some well known wine houses and some hidden gems. Highly recommended!

Exceptional hotel with outstanding service! We experienced wonderful hospitality! The room was beautiful and clean. Dinner was included and was absolutely delicious! Perfect location! We can't wait to return!

It is a beautiful building, very nice inner decor. The sauna was great- very Traditional in all the right ways. The bed was comfortable. The dinner was hit and miss, it had some great wins for the kitchen too.
The massage was good, though still very expensive for what it was
Not sure if this was just my experience because of end of season or because I was alone, but there were a number of things that really disappointed me.
- I was often “forgotten” at breakfast - I had my breakfast without coffee after asking 3 times until it came
- I was recommended a “soup” where the only soup consistency was fat. It could be great after a day of skiing, but definitely not in September, even if a bit colder. I almost didn’t eat at all of it and was still charged for it
- the hotel was cold, especially so in the dining area. Many customers were shivering and rubbing their hands to warm up to no adjustment in heating
- what I found strange too, I didn’t have to sign ever for a drink, and I never knew how much what costed, so upon receiving a bill, it was hard to say what I had. Upon closer look I was charged twice for the massage
- the shower never really got very hot, I struggled one morning to get the water warm enough to wash my hair
- the prices were really absurd, I paid same for dinner as in a Michelin restaurant in Lago d’orta. Massage was more expensive than a 4 star hotel in Stresa. The prices were really too high for what it was. For such prices I would expect a 5 star service which I for sure did not get
