Tom was very kind and helpful.
Everything was good

Nothing
It was so bad that I could t stay the night, I ended up sleeping on a the floor on friend's house ( she has a small flat) and prefer to stay in this place that I paid for and this is how bad it was

Super clean, free parking no hassle check in/out

The location was perfect for the concert we were the to see, there was free parking and plenty of convenience shops nearby to walk to.
The bed sheets weren't clean, the mirror had not been cleaned, the curtains were falling off the rail which was broken. There was a duck taped pot that was an unnecessary piece of decoration in the room. The TV screen was broken, still watchable so not replaced, clearly. The remote battery were held in by celotape. The light fixture was wonky. The door to get into the room would only open slightly because of the floor being to high, tricky to get bags and yourself in the room! The bathroom door lock didn't quite hold, so it would occasionally open. Very rowdy guests & very thin walls.
All in all the location was perfect for what we needed the room for however the hotel other than that was pretty low standard, so unless it's extremely close and convenient for purpose I wouldn't recommend at all.

The room & facilities were old but clean enough, comfortable enough and quiet. All in all, it was a good stay.
Nothing in particular

Location is okay
It was dirty, the paintwork was peeling, the room smelled of damp. There were no toiletries and no WiFi was offered.
2.4
Great, safe location with free parking. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom
Thin walls so was woken in the morning by other residents. Rooms are outdated and need renovation

Me and 3 friends booked the hotel to stay in during a 2 day festival. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the festival grounds. We also had many options for breakfast to be delivered to us on just eat. The hotel had a calm, relaxed feel. Staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a little more spacious than we expected and the bathroom was nice and modern. The hotel was quiet and asside from the bed being a little hard for my liking and pillows being a little old, i got pretty decent sleep. It was nice having a TV and plenty of storage space to share in the wardrobe as well as a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee.
The bed was a little hard for my liking (but most hotel beds are) and the pillows were quite old and flat but I still got decent enough sleep. The hotel room was mostly clean except for the floor (I walked round with bare feet and had to wash them before putting shoes/socks on as they were black). The main light in the room was very bright which was good but a lamp would have been nice for evening/morning use.

The room was better than expected. Staff there to check me in early. Got there early enough for free parking which in Ealing is a big plus
The outside and communal areas didn't fill me with hope. New carpets and proper painting refreshment will help hugely.

We missed some Silverware and we would be happy if it had some glass or cups.

nothing property was disgusting
everything was disgusting could not stay there

A nice bar where we could get a late sandwich as we arrived very late.
The breakfast was quite good too.
Despite having a large car park we were lucky to find one space.

Staff was very helpful the location was great
Very dirty room and turned on the heating and the lights went out and blew up so that's needs to be fixed and very loud noises couldn't sleep

location is great, bed was good.
there was no heating on, we got frozen overnight.

Breakfast is included in the price, but since the beginning of the pandemic it has been absent (booking does not give true information) There is not even a small table in the room.
.The declared coffee machine is not there (it turns out that the kettle is a coffee machine)

Staff was helpful and kindly let us park before and after our check in/out and let us check in before 3pm
Looked like the property could use a lick of paint

No frills accommodation that is fine for an overnight stay for those visiting or working in London. Tube and rail links within walking distance and so is Ealing Common, which is pleasent.

It was simple and wasn't expecting paradise for £65
Didn't get the room that was booked, refund was offered if we did the impossible of finding somewhere else. Walls etc were disgusting but wouldn't generally be an issue at this price.
Had to share a bed with someone who wasn't my partner due to giving the room to someone else.

Nothing
We arrived at the property which looked nothing like advertised on here. We rang the bell because the locks were broken from the inside and were greeted by the man on reception who didn't speak to us at all and we followed him to the desk.
We weren't asked for a booking name or reference instead ID from my partner, not me, even though I'd made the original booking.
We were given a room key and upon entry were shocked. There was a vile smell in the entire building almost like onion soup mixed with bleach. The room wasn't as shown in the pictures above.
There was white panels behind the bed which were falling apart and damaged. The bed was made but looked filthy as if it hasn't been changed on quite awhile. The noise from adjoining rooms and the surrounding areas around the hotel could be heard as clear as day from outside. The lighting wasn't comfortable and far too bright for a hotel room.
The bathroom was probably the only redeeming feature of the room.
We went out to request a refund and were told to contact the manager who said to contact booking.com for a refund. I haven't got a refund but instead told to write a review, which is poor.
In conclusion, for the price I shouldn't have expected alot, but it was only intended as a stop over during travel. It's rated as a 3* property which is misleading. 1* Hostel would be more appropriate. I wasn't expecting the Ritz but the standard is just appalling. The pictures shown here aren't what you're going to get. The property felt unsafe due to having a flimsy bolt on the room door. There was a gap in the main entrance where a lock should be.
Don't even bother going there.

Absolutely nothing! The complete lack of care and attention to amenities for you to consider this to be a Lodge, Hotel, Abby is ridiculous.
the lack of parking, access, and safely doing so. The amount of trash surrounding the exterior was disgusting. Entering the structure you see the door jam which has been damage multiple times. the smell takes you over not in a good way. making your way up to the “family suite” I use the term loosely because what we got was a small room with three beds crammed into it. The lock was loose and warn easy to see could have and has been Broken multiple times. the water damage stain on the wall indicates that lack of care for the guest. the mold in the refrigerator was not a surprise given the number of issues. the room was freezing and the small space heater we were given barley did it’s job not to mention the safety issue of having something like that run while sleeping.

After reading all those terrible reviews I was kinda afraid.
When we arrived the room was indeed not very clean and they did not clean anything while we were staying (Anywhere you go in Spain they clean when you're not in the room, but I guess it's something cultural?) The beds were made and the trash cans emptied, tho.
We had to ask for more towels the second day but the bathroom was clean and everything worked as it should work.
Beds were comfy and the sheets were clean too. (Not the covers however, as one of them was stained). TV worked nicely.
Overall, the staff was avaliable and helpful and the location is really good, so I think it was not that bad.
I think they should just clean more because it would have been a perfect stay for a budget otherwise.
