Awesome Nice vacation

Awesome location. Great breakfast package. Paid handily but got what I wanted.

Complimentary water in the room fridge. 3.50 Euros for a small bottle is a bit too much.

Nice place but poor staff

The location was brilliant.

There was a fire alarm at 1.30am. We evacuated but there were no staff to advise what to do, the guests decided to return of their own volition. The staff were disinterested generally. We were led to believe the spa was included but was an additional £25 each - and unavailable unless booked in advance.

Es gab im Bad keine Haken für Handtücher, etc. Laute Music vom Strand her bis nach Mitternacht,trotz geschlossener Fenster

Very convenient when in transit for one or two nights.

Very Good choice for one night in transit. Excellent location. Very welcoming staff (airport shuttle drivers and reception staff). I will surely come back.

A perfect start to our vacation

A wonderful stay in a perfect location to walk to Old Town. Staff was superb, hotel was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay immensely! A wonderful vibe in the area, lots to do and eat in easy walking distance. Highly Recommended!

Bel établissement mais peu mieux faire pour un 4 étoiles

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, la beauté du lieu, le personnel était très agréable. La propreté également.

Nous avons moins apprécié les équipements, café soluble, très peu de savons, nous avons eu très chaud la nuit malgré la fenêtre fermée comme précisé sur le prospectus dans la salle de bain. La chambre vue mer n'est pas bien insonorisée.

Angenehmes Hotel in schöner Lage

Die Aussicht aufs Meer.

Der Service wegen einer gecancelten, aber vorbezahlten Nacht. Absage erfolgte, weil eine Strasse in den Bergen wegen Schneefall gesperrt war und wir nicht nach Nizza abfahren konnten.

Fantastic Staff

Staff were incredibly courteous and attentive, and the location on the promenade was great. Fantastic black out shutters to help with long lies.

The spa gets booked well in advance and weren’t able to make space for me- unfortunately! Also the bathroom was quite cramped for me, 2/3 bath etc. and I felt the breakfast wasn’t great value for money although it is typical pricing for hotels in the area.

Très déçu du séjour … le lit n’était pas confortable. La propreté était pas top.. Et surtout aucune attention particulière alors que j’avais mentionné qu’on célébrait notre Année de Mariage !

건물이 오래 됐지만 리모델링 되었는지 문 재질 등 몇몇 요소를 제외하면 후졌다는 느낌은 들지 않는다. 위치가 메인해변 바로 앞이라 해수욕하기 편함. 조식 레스토랑과 바의 뷰도 매우 좋았음. 바닷가에 몇개의 호텔이 있지만, 레스토랑과 바의 질을 고려하면 이 호텔이 최고임. 모든 직원이 정말 친절함. 프랑스 사람이 이렇게 상냥한 거 처음 봄.

다음에 리모델링한다면 콘센트 위치를 침대 헤드 바로 옆으로 옮기고, 개수도 더 늘려주길 바람.

Eloquent and friendly

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. They were happy to engage in conversation and were willing to go beyond the normal level of service to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The fitness facilities could have been better, there free weights only went to 10 Kg and there were no weight training machines. The pool was chargeable but as the hotel was next to the sea this was not an issue for us but we travelled in September when the sea was still warm.

Great location and spacious room but staff and facilities let it down

Location was excellent, literally step into the promenade / beach

Staff not too friendly , no offer to help with luggage or when arriving or leaving. Room provided had a door to the room next door so you can hear guests conversation - no privacy. You have to pay 25 euros per day to use the pool / spa area

Luxe by the sea

Having a afternoon champagne with the ocean view and beeing in the confort of the hotel feels like a nice luxe moment. It was probably one of the biggest room we had in Europe without being too expensive. It is not cheap but it is worth it.

Would appreciate if the spa can be open later. Having a relaxing spa moment until 10 pm and slip right in the room to sleep would be nice.

Thankfully a lot to see and do in Nice, hotel was iinadequate for relaxing in.

Breakfast was good, location was good

Pool required surcharge €25 per person for one hour. No place to sit in the sun or sunbathe at the hotel. The city view was to the back of other building so nothing nice to look out at. No balcony either. Rooms where dated with stained carpets.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff and in a great location

Good location, relaxed atmosphere, staff efficient in a pleasant manner. The restaurant and the bar area opened up and view of beach (and cars 😆). Food in restaurant very good.

Position on sea front

First room had an unsafe and unworkable shower We changed rooms to a room which no drawers and only 4 shelves , 2 of which could not be reached by anyone under 5’2. Bathroom had no shelves or cupboard; only a stand alone sink
