Ich bin um ein wunderbares Erlebnis reicher!

Ich konnte schon morgens einchecken und den Pool nutzen! Neben Wellness ermöglicht der Pool mit seiner Länge auch sportliche Aktivitäten! Das Personal war sehr nett! Am Sonntag gab es Live-Musik zum Frühstück.

Etwas in der Lüftung hat geklappert.

Sehr schönes stilvolles Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Spa. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass die Kinder ab 16 Uhr nicht mehr ins Schwimmbad durften.

Sporvognene bumler afsted udenfor døren konstant så der forekommer støj fra gaden hvis du har værelse ud til gaden

Sympa mais pas à hauteur du standing

Le déjeuner, l’emplacement au top on peut tout faire à pied, la piscine ( même si elle aura pu être plus chaude )

La chambre ( fenêtre à 2m au dessus du sol donc autant dire qu’on peut pas voir pas la fenêtre et sa fait un peu cave ) , piscine magnifique mais pas assez chaude, la douche qui coule dans la salle de bain, bref un très bel hôtel mais trop cher pour la chambre « sans fenêtre »

World-class spa hidden beneath a palatial hotel!

What can I say about the Carlo IV except wow, wow, wow! An architecturally stunning hotel, with a world class spa and impeccable staff. The room was lovely, the included breakfast was a perfect balance of continental and western options (the harpist playing whilst we ate was a wonderful surprise). The wait staff were fantastic - as were front of house, they couldn't do enough for us and really made our stay memorable. But the real gem of the hotel is the pool and spa. The underground setting offers a relaxing environment no matter the time of day. The pool, with in-built water massage beds and both a sit-down and stand-up jacuzzi is one of the best at any hotel we've stayed in. The massage treatments were reasonably priced and the deep tissue was done properly. Between my wife and I, we've had at least a hundred massages, and we both rated this up there with treatments from some of the top spas we've visited. All in all, we absolutely loved our time in Prague!

On our last night - the hotel was evacuated around midnight due to a fire alarm being triggered - however, because we could not hear the alarm or tannoy from our room, we were completely unaware until we heard a couple who stopped outside our door to talk to their friend on the phone. Luckily, it turned out to be a false alarm - but had it been a real fire, we could have easily been trapped in our room due to the lack of in-room alarm sirens or tannoy speakers!

Relaxing luxury hotel in a great city

Excellent breakfast in lovely surroundings We liked the spa a lot - great pool and the bar area is very pleasant - easy to walk or tram to the tourist spots and near the main train station

The bad point was there is a two part new and old and you should make sure that your stay will be provided at renovated

The cleaning ladies come quite late to clean the room (4,30 pm). Not nice view from the window.

Generell ein schönes herrschaftliches Ambiente. Bei Problemen sollte man das Weite suchen und Kinder nicht mitnehmen!

Pool und Sauna zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Lobby und Hotelbar wunderbares Ambiente. Ehemaliges, altes Bankgebäude.

Am 3. Tag ging auf ein mal die Dusche nicht mehr. Und ich stand mit eingeschäumten Haar unter der Dusche… Aus den Wasserhähnen kam dann auch den ganzen Tag nur braunes Wasser. Als Wiedergutmachung bekamen wir 3 Gutscheine an der Bar (Bier, Wein, Softdrink) in Wahrheit eher eine Frechheit! Zimmer war äußerst klein. Kinderunfreundlich: Kinder bis 14 Jahre durften nur bis 16 Uhr in den SPA-Bereich. Das hätten wir gerne früher gewusst. Dann hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht.

מלון יפהפה במיקום מושלם - מרכזי אבל לא בתוך רחוב ראשי ועמוס. הצוות היה ממש, ממש נחמד ועזרו בכל מה שהיינו צריכות. החדר היה נקי מאוד ונעים מאוד. הבריכה הייתה נהדרת גם כן. פשוט מקום שכיף להתארח בו.

הכל היה מעולה! אין תלונות על שום דבר :)

Все понравилось: уютный отель, чисто, вкусные завтраки, месторасположение, бассейн, небольшая тренажерная(но позаниматься можно), очень вежливый персонал, кровать с хорошим матрасом. Минеральную воду бесплатную каждый день доставляли.

Один тренажер, к сожалению, был сломан🙈

Отличный отдых

Отель был очень стилный, завтрак был великолепным, очень удобная локация до центра пешком 5-10 минут. Персонал очень вежливый и отлично умеют обслуживать гостей. В номере всё было чисто и уютно.

У нас в номере была проблема с интернетом 🛜 несколько раз обратился по этому поводу в итоге не исправили к сожалению.

Das Hotel ist immer wieder einen Besuch wert😄

Sehr tolles Hotel mit dem besten Frühstück was ich bis jetzt gesehen habe-da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Bett sehr angenehm und auch die Kissen-was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist Die Lage ist der Traum -und nicht zu vergessen ist die Tiefgarage-etwas klein aber immerhin vorhanden Das Personal egal ob beim Frühstück oder sonst wo war immer sehr nett und gutgelaunt

Unser Bad war etwas zu klein-was aber für uns nicht bedeutet dass wir nicht wieder hinfahren würden 😁

Not 5 stars but just fine. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Good spa facilities - good sauna and steam room. Very decent sized pool. Bar area was lovely. Great history with the bank being there. Very nice looking lobby area. Never had to wait for a lift. Clean. Nice robes and slippers in the room. Great size TV aim the room.

Check in took about 20-30 minutes which is quite a while and we weren’t quite sure why. Jacuzzi area wasn’t separate so was the same temperature as the pool and the jets didn’t work. Rooms were really small for the price, barely room to walk around the bed. Incredibly noisy, can hear everything from the halls including maids chatting and laughing loudly in the morning. Awful nights sleep from loud banging noise from outside the window from the court yard. It was metal sounding so maybe a bin lid banging. Friends staying in another room said the same. Bathroom door opens inwards which makes it really cramped. Ran a bath and the water was a horrible brown colour. Had to just let it out and shower instead.

Shame the spa sold me a perfume but when I got home it had clearly been opened / had no top and was half full ! I have tried to contact them but don’t seem to get through!

Service was extremely nice! They cared about the stay to fulfill our expectations and the hotel is very beautiful and well located. Breakfast is perfect and the Spa too.

Temperature in the pool it was a bit cold from my point of view (25 degrees), we were expecting to stay there some time, however it was too cold for that.

We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool and sauna were very good. The breakfast was exceptional, and the room, especially the cleanliness, was first class. No complaints with any aspect of our stay. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. A really good place to stay.

There was nothing we disliked about this hotel. Everything was perfect for us. The location, staff, and especially the service, was ideal.

Etre une princesse le temps d'un week-end.

Hotel con decoración estilo antiguo pero perfectamente cuidado , lleno de detalles y precioso. Nos dieron un upgrade a una suite lo cual fue fantástico , muy cómodo y de primera las instalaciones. El desayuno excepcional y el spa delicioso.
