Las instalaciones, para nosotros ha sido perfecto. La primera vez fuimos en primavera y nos encantó. Pero ahora en verano nos ha gustado aún más. Tiene todo lo necesario para descansar, desconectar y no aburrirte de hacer todos los días lo mismo, ya que tiene muchas posibilidades

Pues, como en todo, por poner, podría poner alguna pega...pero vamos... haciendo balance no está el sitio como para quejarse

Resort espectacular, la comida de 10, el trato de todo el personal (que hay mucho) estupendo, la limpieza de todas las instalaciones y habitación, estupendo…. Nos ha encantado, sin duda volvemos el año que viene!!!!

En general todo, bien ubicado, limpio y muy buenas instalaciones, perfecto para pasar unos días relajados de vacaciones

La organización de las comidas tipo bufet, había una cantidad de gente increíble, no se guardaba ningún tipo de orden ni concierto, la gente de chocaba contigo porque iba dando vueltas con los platos llenos y si mirar hacia delante, dos salones grandísimos para sentarte pero la zona de la comida muy mal organizada

El hotel en general, servicios e instalaciones. Es un resort que acoge a mucha gente pero también con mucho espacio para disfrutar de instalaciones y las actividades que proponen . Con bastante sombra en la zona de césped que es gigante, varias piscinas. Buffet bueno, y variado.

El colchón de nuestra habitación no estaba muy bien, necesita un cambio.

Variedade de comida, simpatia dos funcionários, resumindo nada a apontar.

Deveriam chamar mais à atenção, para as pessoas não deixarem comida e copos vazios à volta das piscinas.

Everything! It's a simple answer, but true.

The only things I can think of, but these are very minor comparred to how nice the olace is. No room service, no food allowed to leave the dining room and pool restaurant. And the beach bar seems to be a separate business where they charge for everything. The fridge in the room, a mini fridge wasn't very cold.

Las instalaciones y el acceso directo a la playa, las habitaciones son amplias y con el acceso a jardín muy bien para el peque. Todo accesible a discapacitados menos la playa (que además es de piedras).

La comida de poca calidad, y a veces faltaban platos que al inicio de la noche si estaban pero luego los quitaban si se acababa y al segundo turno no llegaban (sobre todo si era un plato especial temático).

Nos sorprendió gratamente

No disfrutamos de las cenas ni de las piscinas . La ubicación buena y además, dada la excelente organización con medios de transporte, resultaba bastante cómoda.

Muito bom para mini-ferias para casais ou familias! Simpatia e atenção dos funcionários, os espetaculos e slots de animação, qualidade e variedade das refeições, piscinas e áreas comuns sempre cuidadas.

Almofadas das camas muito desconfortáveis. A limpeza dos quartos à chegada não estava a 100% Ao contrário dos restantes dias e áreas comuns que estava sempre top.

Hôtel tres accueillant, parfois standardisé mais avec un personnel chaleureux et compétent ainsi que des équipements com

L’établissement est très clame, il est spacieux et offre une belle vue sur l’horizon. L’accueil personnalisé avec quelques cadeaux étaient très chaleureux.

L’établissement est malheureusement trop excentré des pôles culturelles et historiques comme grenade. La vie en dehors de l’établissement est peu accessible à pied et contraint à rester dans l’hôtel. Il est donc nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour chaque sortie.

Pregunté si me podían poner una cama doble y cuando llegue ya la tenía puesta.

1.Manchas de sangre en las sábanas 2.Bastante descuidado la zona común del ala de mi habitación, todo el camino lleno de hojas secas. 3.El soplador de 9:00 a 9:30 , en la puerta de mi habitación.Agradezco que lo limpien ,pero no que sea a las 9 de la mañana y media hora en mi puerta.

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y descansar.

Era un hotel a pie de playa, muy bien ubicado. El trato del personal muy bueno, y todo estaba muy bien cuidado. Los cocteles estaban buenísimos.

La única pega que encontramos fue la comida del bufet. Había poca variedad y lo que había tampoco estaba exquisito, era todo muy correcto. Entendemos que la poca variedad se debe a que estamos en temporada baja, por lo demás super contentos.

Bonito sitio, para ir en familia, con cositas para mejorar.

La ubicación, las piscinas, los jardines, la amplitud de la habitación, los salones del restaurante son grandes, hay bastante variedad de comida. Recibirnos con cava es muy agradable.

TV bastante pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación, cuarto de baño antiguo y sin separación de ducha se inundaba prácticamente todo, las almohadas incómodas y el edredón pequeño. Deberían avisar que la playa está en obras y prácticamente no hay playa. Que no tengan bebidas como Aquarius, Nestea o el equivalente es un poco extraño. El mojito con cubitos en vez de con hielo picado no es lo mismo.

Loved the space, the pools and sunbathing areas. On half board and found drink prices and wine list good.

Not made to feel terribly welcome . Got a destinct feeling English are tolerated rather than welcome. Despite owning a house locally for 20 plus years i know this is not typical of a local village. So must be there experience of.

Nice hotel, impolite and rude reception

The staff in the restaurant and bar and the cleaning personnel were very nice and friendly. However, the reception staff were rude, unfriendly and not helpful. It takes more than 20 minutes to check in each guest: truly slow. I had extended my stay for one night before I go, and I sent an email and requested to stay in the same room. Although I asked them before I go and upon arrival, they made me move to another room. I was with my mother who is elderly and my son, who is a toddler. I asked them not to change the room and they said they will talk to their manager. After they talked to their manager, the attitude of the reception desk was with minimum compassion and very rude. To my understanding, the manager/owner of the hotel only cares about the money he is taking home and he does not care about the quality of service and soft skills. Usually, if you ask the receptionist to request a favour from the manager, you will get a polite and concerned response, even if they reject your request. In the case of this hotel, my request to not change the room ended up in a very rude and unfriendly attitude from the staff. The hotel was nice, but the attitude of the reception desk, (under the supervision of the manager), turned it into a bad experience. Would you enjoy being in a nice place and spending your money but being disrespected?
