Für ein paar Nächte in der Stadt ok, aber nicht sehr gut

Gute Lage des Hotels. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich.

Bisschen hellhörig und laut. Wir hatten das Zimmer gegenüber des Aufzugs mit einem Lüfter, der eine direkte Verbindung zum Flur mit Aufzug war. Auch die Türen schließen nicht wirklich. Frühstück ok, aber nicht sehr gut.

Un très bon hôtel , bien situé pour visiter a pied ,a côté du marché, des restaurants (dont un superbe sur la gauche en sortant marché 2 mn et vous y êtes avec jardin le top ), pour revenir à l'hôtel , très propre , super petit déjeuner et un grand merci particulier pour Philippe toujours le sourire et au petit soin comme tous d'ailleurs ,vous pouvez y aller vous ne serez pas dessus , facile pour aller a l'aéroport nous avons demandé un taxi a l'hôtel 3 mn après il était là.

Best Location for Day and Night

The location was excellent, at the heart of District 1 Every popular place within the city was at a walkable distance, even the Riverside walk Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food. Staff was friendly but not intrusive, very helpful and always smiling. Best thing about our stay was the city view from our balcony

Budget hotel in a good location

Great location, walking distance from the main tourist area in District 1, lots of bars and restaurants around but quiet and feels safe at night. The breakfast area was really lovely decorated and we enjoyed the choice of breakfast available. 24 hour check-in helpful with delayed flights. The staff are really helpful and kind.

The property is quite run down and tired, the plug didn’t work, the shower was leaking, the bathroom door didn’t close, etc… but for a budget hotel we didn’t mind. On our second night we got into bed and there were several bugs scuttling around the headboard, on the mattress and across the bedside table. We rang reception and they offered bug spray, which we were shocked at and asked to change rooms which was made possible. We were moved to a twin room with no window, which isn’t what we paid for but we accepted. There was no mention again for the rest of the stay which was disappointing.

Perfect Spot

Room was quiet comfortable and at prime location. walkable distance to Saigon Centre, Benh Thanh market, Chill Sky bar and food streets. Their Breakfast was also good and tasty.

The A/c was not that cooling. becoz of lack of communication clarity we had to checkout 3 hrs before our train time and wait at the station that long.

Perfect stay in Saigon

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and we had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Would happily recommend to friends and family. The breakfast was great, even for us vegetarians (a mix of Asian and Western style breakfast). It is very well-located, close to the Ben Thanh market and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

A good and delightful experience to be here at Bon Ami.

I was there for four days and it was indeed a good experience. The location is amazing and in the heart of the city. From Bon Ami Hotel you will actually get everything nearbuy. From spa, restaurants, coffee shop to Ben Thann Market, one of the most visited tourist spots in Hi Chi Minh, everything is like walking distance from hotel. Also, the staffs are amazing there, they are helpful as well. Everytime we enter the hotel, they greeted us! This is a must recommended hotel.

The staff were just amazing and the location is excellent.

Don't think I would stay again.

The staff were very nice. the location was good.

One room was not ready until one hour after check in time, one other room the fridge was not plugged in, when we went to plug it in the power point did not work and the room was not clean. I received a wake up call at 2.30 am, they had called the wrong room which did not make me happy. The breakfast was not very good at all.

Bond with Ami?

The locality was great, near Banh Tanh Market and my favourite eating places and spa. Some of the hotel staff was very helpful, cheerful, and friendly.

The reception staff were helpful but need to be a bit more friendlier. They were polite and friendly, but they really needed to put themselves out there so that people could feel more connected. They should live up to the name of their hotel.

We stayed at 9th floor. There were loud noises from 10th floor. Water flushing and some other noises which can clearly hear inside our room which a bit hard to get a sound and good sleep.

Budget hotel at the center with good buffet breakfast.

Great selection of buffet breakfast for asians. they have a smart tv but can only use youtube. the security guard of this hotel is really nice. he always help with my needs.

the property replied to my query for an early booking. upon arriving, they told me to wait until 2pm. they gave me a cigar smelling room. i asked to be transferred to another room because i will be staying for 2 days and i have an asthma. they said they are fully-booked and provided me a humidifier, but they took it the next day because another room has the same issue. the smell of cigar came back again after they took the humidifier from my room and they did not return it. they came to my room and use a room spray but it doesnt remove the cigar smell and made me sick for a week after staying at their hotel. also, the tv's not working properly, i waited for an hour for it to be fixed. pillow and sheets has minimal stains and made me doubt if they really replaced it. the receptionist who's always wearing a black uniform seems not welcoming and attentive to customer's needs. i do hope they can improve all of these.

Easily accessible location with a wonderful breakfast.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. All the major attractions are easily accessible. They did provide a wonderful breakfast with a wide variety of foods.

The only negative in my perspective was constant noise, especially with my room close to the elevator.
