Ein schönes kleines freundliches Hotel am Rande von Warnemünde.

Das Hotel ist modern, geschmackvoll und sehr ordentlich ausgestattet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Unseren PKW konnten wir problemlos u ohne zusätzliche Kosten am Hotel parken. Die kleine Bar war bis zum späten Abend besetzt.

Die Lage und die fehlende Möglichkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Zentrum von Warnemünde zu gelangen.

Gutes Hotel

Wir waren wegen ein Rockkonzert in Roststock. Obwohl das Hotel in einer Gewerbepark steht waren wir außerordentlich überrascht. Tolles Personal und schnelle Bedienung. Frühstück sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Frühstücken z. Z. Lieber woanders!

Toller Wellnessbereich, Matratzen sind bequem.

Beim buchen über Booking, sollte man vorab informiert werden, dass z.Z. Kein Frühstücksbuffet wegen Umbauarbeiten möglich ist! Wir bekamen das Frühstück aufs Zimmer, was Platztechnisch sehr unbequem, und leider auch nicht sehr ansprechend angerichtet war.

Misslyckad hotell

Det fanns fri parkering.

Dåliga sängar, gammal och smutsig rummet från NRD-tiden. Frukost var äckligt. Receptionen kunde inte tala engelska.

jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu, standard wyższy niż 3*

Bardzo fajna strefa relaksu, czyste i wygodne pokoje, cisza , blisko do centrum handlowego Globus sklepu aldi i Ikea. Śniadanie kontynentalne w formie bufetu wybór duży a jedzenie świeże i bardzo dobrej jakości.

jedynym problemem jest zasięg Internetu z Wi-Fi, LTE działa dobrze.

Nice Building and people but unconfortable bed

People are friendly and available to help customers.

Both the room and bed were really poor. Room quite small at the third floor, basically a garret. The bed and pillow completely unconfortable, really bad.

Fulfilled all expections, value for money.

Very clean room, property in good shape, renovated not too long ago. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking right at the door-step at no additional cost. 10 - 15 min by car to downtown Rostock.

Window went to the entrance area with noise in the evening and morning. Probably still better than rooms facing the road to Rostock.

If you want to relax after an exhausting day in the city, this is the place for you.

I really liked the whole relaxation area, there is a mcdonals nearby if you don't want to dine in the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and the room was comfortable for a weekend stay.

I have no objections. The services we tried were great, I can't say anything about breakfast or dinner because we didn't make use of the service.

just a frustration

The room is large

the spa and the pool are closed and there is no restaurant or bar after 8 pm. The location is close to ikea and far from the focal points of the city. It‘s near a highway. There is a small garden but there is nothing to sit outside and enjoy the sun 😞

Comfortable rooms, but should have wifi and water cooker

The pool was very nice and the breakfast was good. We were the only ones eating so it was nice and relaxing. The room was big and comfortable. Since we had a big van, it was nice that the hotel is at a shopping center so there is big space for parking larger vehicles, but it is not so nice if you come to Rostock as a tourist as it is a bit far from the center.

I had a suite with 2 rooms, so it was nice and comfortable, but for a suite you would at least expect to have a water cooker and tea/coffee. Also since it was called "business package" you would expect to have functioning wifi, but it did not work. It was also strange that the tv did not have any English-language stations.

Good for 1 night stay

Not bad , not terrible. There is elevator , rooms are quite big , beds ok, bud pillow is awful. Reception is opened 24hrs per day. Parking place are big and free. Ferry is 15min drive by car.

Lady on reception does not speak english, which is not OK for 3star hotel. Wifi was locked , so I do not know if or how worked. I did not have chance to ask somebody for password. But this does not look as seriou 3star hotel.

Very expensive for what you get

Breakfast was good.

We got the suite room and a part the big size of the room, there are absolutely no extra amenities compared with the cheapest room they have. There was no coffee maker, no extra toiletries, they provide only a wall soap dispenser and we didn’t get neither a complimentary bottle of water. Very cheap attitude considering that you paid 220 Euro per night.

Impolite and unprofessional!

It was clean, in order and the shower was working properly! There is an open and free of duty perking place.

I’m staying in hotels all the time related to business! It’s really the first time I meet personnel in a reception who does not speak English at all (I’m not obliged to speak German as a guest). The personnel in the reception wanted to oblige me to sign a paper -only written in German- (that I don’t understand), where they said I would state that I will not be smoking in the room (which I wouldn’t anyway because I’m not a smoker). They said I should trust them. I said that I won’t sign something that I don’t understand! They should trust my word! I wonder if they do this with all their guests? Even another guest was worried about this kind of behavior, according to their smoking worries! They where quite ironic! I wonder why? Not that I care so much! The restaurant didn’t work at 10 pm!!!!, nore did the room service, so I slept on empty stomach. I guess they care for their guests health, ha, ha! The internet did not work although my repeated efforts to connect (it connects after installing of an extremely long password, but then it just didn’t run). The rest was ok! P.S I went off very early next morning (nobody would ask me if I want prepared breakfast in bag even if prepaid)!? Would I stay there again? Would you? A “terribly sorry” would be nice of them anyway!

Superb

Everything was perfect besides the location. Clean, nice breacfast, polite staff, calm and cosy place.

Location is not ok if you do not have a car - 20 minutes walking to reach any transport.

A nice base for both Rostock and Warnemunde

A nice base for both Rostock and Warnemunde. A good breakfast, well served by the friendly staff.

Disappointed that the sauna was not open, even for 1 or 2 people. Also disappointed that they tried to charge us for towels for the swimming pool.
