Me gusto la ubicación y el sector donde queda ubicado, el personal fue amable.

Para tener 4 estrellas las instalaciones se ven antiguas y con falta de mantenimiento, esto no permitió que se cumplieran las expectativas pues uno cree que se va a hospedar en un lugar mejor.

Experiencia en American Golf 💗

Me gustó mucho quedarme ahí, las instalaciones súper bonitas, la cama estaba espectacular súper suave y comoda, el baño estaba muy bonito, con tina, limpio. Todo estuvo muy bien, el desayuno era tipo buffet, había varias opciones y todo delicioso. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme con ellos es muy central, las personas del hotel son super amables, la verdad salí muy contenta de allí.

La puerta de mi baño no cerraba y las sábanas olían como cuando la ropa se seca mal. Sin embargo, les comenté en recepción y me cambiaron tendidos y se soluciono todo.

No vale lo que pagué

Lo único que podemos decir que nos gustó fue su ubicación y que nos pudieron recibir despues de 10 de la noche

La habitación estaba llena de polvo, el televisor dañado, el telefono sin cable no había forma de comunicarnos a recepción, cuando nos iban a entregar la habitación el botónes nos llevo a otro piso nos hizo esperar 15 minutos y despues nos dijo que allí no era, la nevera del minibar manchada y completamente vacia, ni una botellita de agua para comprar, olía a humedad y la ventana da como a una construcción a medias que tiene el hotel, el filtro de aire lleno de moho y sucio.

The room, the food, and the floor on the 1st floor was dirty. Don't go to this hotel if you go with your family or anyone, to be honest.

I am not sure I would select this hotel again

The bed was comfortable

The hotel was under construction. The room next doors key fit my door also and someone walked in on me while I was changing. I requested to change rooms and the hot water in my new room Did not work at all.

Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is very varied.

The pool had a fractured floor, it needs maintenance.

Wonderful

The staff make you feel very spoiled , they are so nice and friendly ,I didn’t like the first room cause they have a side that is old but they moved me to the new side, just call ahead and ask them to be in the new side, because after I got the new room was 5 out of 5. Breakfast is soo yummy. Another little detail didn’t like was that they take too long to give you new towels but honestly the way they treat me and my family ,was worth the stay. Location is sooo good you can walk to good places from there and they always can call a taxi for you , one that is safe. I highly recommend this place.

Group Overnight Stop

The rooms & bed were clean and comfortable. We ate lunch beside the pool, then later our group of 15 had dinner at the Hotel. The staff arranged large table as we were having a birthday celebration for 1 member of our group. Lady at Front counter spoke English, we had accidentally double booked a room. She was able to cancel the extra room upon our groups arrival. She also arranged for taxis to pick up the group for 4am trip to the airport.

We were a group of 15 Canadians. At the Dinner meal, the waiter was by himself to handle all our issues as well serve some other guests their meals. It was a bit slower for service than we would have liked but we all eventually got our meals/drinks. He was doing his best! He also got EVERY food, drink order & bill correct!

stayed here the last 3 times I’ve been in Barranquilla always always comfortable big room and nice food unfortunately this time wasn’t as good looks like they are renovating a few areas of the hotel so not all the facilities were available and the pool area was shut but still enjoyed my stay with them and will book again it a nice hotel and good price

Wi-Fi didn’t quite reach the whole room would disconnect if I went to the balcony area and was only 1-2bars in the room
