Tokyo Haneda Airport

The breakfast was excellent and well varied. I also liked the food options that were across the street and the convenience store Family Mart.

The beds being next to each other with no space in between.

This hotel is a great value when flying into Haneda.

The location is great: close to the airport as well as small shopping streets full of locals and guests of the nearby hotels. I was able to pick up dinner at a small supermarket, but there were plenty of restaurants.

Perfect for a early flight

This was a perfect stay for an early flight the next day. Free shuttle service to the apartment, with restaurants close walk by.

We had a good time.

Staff was very helpful. Buffet breakfast was better than expected. Hotel shuttle from the airport was right on time and there were good directions to the pick up point ln the web site.

Our only criticism was that the room was a bit small by western standards but average for most Japanese hotels I have been in.

Une dernière nuit à Tokyo dans de très bonnes conditions avant l'envol.

Parfait pour une dernière nuit à Tokyo en attendant l'avion. Chambre très confortable, isolée du bruit et toujours très propre. Proche du centre du quartier qui offre petits restaurants japonais.

The room size, the size, no space to open bag, only one plug point, you have to pick amenities from reception, no water in the room, slight damp smell in the bathroom due to poor ventilation

大通りに面している割には静かだし、コンビニや食事が出来る店も近い

Proche de l'aéroport avec navette gratuite

L'hôtel est situé près de l'aéroport et possède une navette gratuite ce qui est très appréciable. Les chambres sont très petites mais pour une nuit, ça fait le job.

Le lit est collé au mur, la superficie de la chambre est vraiment minuscule

Good airport hotel

Good size, clean room. Hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle bus in the morning which was very helpful. Is close to subway links too.

A very convenient, clean, quite & easy to get to hotel near Haneda Airport

Free airport shuttle was great to Haneda Terminal 1 which then allowed us to transfer to Terminal 3 for our flight. I really appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage with the front desk until our flight. The room was well appointed and the in-room coffee was an unusual surprise. It's a very convenient location to Haneda airport and was easy to get to on the Keikyu Line (stop KK14?). The room was very quiet and the very clean.

The pillows are a little strange and there was a lack of an explanation for them being strange. I didn't ask for alternate pillows so not sure if they are available.

Good place to land in Haneda

Very new and clean, well designed room. Breakfast was delicious. Staff helped me out with a luggage issue and taxi. Airport shuttle makes it very convenient

Superb

I was a transit passenger so booked this hotel for its shuttle bus to the airport.

The only downside was that the shuttle bus was not available when I arrived.

I won’t come again,there is many better hotels nearby

1.Only member can get the bottle of water. 2.We booked two room,after we check out one of them.They can’t check the room number by the room key we gave,and disturbing my rest time for almost 20 minutes.That’s ridiculous.

It’s a good streamlined experience. As good a stay as any.

Right across the street from a family mart and a few restaurants. Rooms are simple yet comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is also nice. Shuttle to airport every 30 minutes.

The key card wouldn’t work in the morning when I went back to the room. I had to get it fixed. I don’t know if that’s normal.

Staff were very friendly and approachable; they made check-in and check-out easy, and were always helpful with answering any questions. The room was clean and comfortable.

The traffic outside was always very loud, even through the night.
