Great price for a nice place!

The location on the strip made it a great place to be. The pool area is amazing and it gets lots of sun. Studio is clean and has everything you may need.

If you stay on the right side.. prepare to be woken up by the muy thai gym noises next door. The AC had no remote… I had cold air blasting in my face all night.

Great location, near all the gyms and food places

A bit run down. Air con was very loud, bathroom light flickered, doors wouldn’t close properly, often ran out of toilet paper and would have to go to reception to ask for more

Best accommodation on fitness street!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing pool and very comfortable accommodation

Some fixtures and fittings need replacing ( blinds in bathroom ) and air con quite loud

very bad hotel

The lady at the reception is arrogant. We were suspected of being thieves. The room is dirty. It smells so bad. Mosquitoes are very numerous. Cooler is weak. I do not recommend this hotel.

Location was good for the gyms etc that we wanted to attend.

We were checked in to the wrong room. Upon advising the staff of this we were told that our room had been booked out and we had to take the room we were given. This forced one of us to sleep on the floor as the room only had one bed. We were also charged a cash deposit upon checking in. The hotel does not allow you to simply put your card on the system as a deposit. We were hounded by staff to pay an additional 900THB for the airport transfer of which was advertised as complimentary. After a few days of refusing to pay they advised us that they checked with their boss, and we were correct. We had several tradespersons through our room during our stay to drill holes in the walls. This was extremely inconvenient.

Very central and clean. lovely big room

AC was very loud, I had to turn it off a night it was so loud. electricity and water went out a couple of times over my stay due to work being done but I wasn’t told in advance about it.

the staff and the pool

no food/drinks on the property for room service. Not even water/coke. Mattress a bit too hard. No tissues/tissue box in the room. the bathroom is a bit dated/tight to navigate. hard to open the shower door outwards as the toilet blocks it. so getting into the shower while the shower door is also open inwards is hard. Walking areas are full of steps, up and down, up and down. So be ready for lots of steps when getting from your room to the street and vise versa. No seating chairs in the balcony,

Very well maintained property, lots of greenery for a small place, great value for money!

Everything! the place exceeded our expectations. For the price, it was much more than we could have expected. Especially after a horrible experience we had with a resort in Phi Phi islands.

We spent three nights at the Burasari Island Escape and the stay exceeded all our expectations. The resort is completely new (we were there during soft opening phase) and insanely beautiful. We had a villa overlooking the sea and with our private pool which was amazing. But the most special thing about our stay was for sure the friendliness of the staff, all of who were incredibly attentive and the level of service couldn’t be surpassed. They really want you to have the best stay you can possibly have and surprised us every day with new things. The food is delicious too, we haven’t eaten better in Thailand or possibly ever! I can only recommend this place and we are already planning our next trip! Thanks so much to the whole Burasari team, it was a very special holiday for us which we will never forget <3
