Nikad više ne bih tu boravila.

Blizina plaže i dosta veliki balkon.

3 noći za 2 osobe i bebu od 3 mjeseca početkom juna za 266 € (bez hrane) - apsolutno preskupo za ono što ti apartmani nude. Apartman nikad nije bio dubinski očišćen. Dočekao nas je prljav pod, nikad opran vodom, u kupatilu pločice prljave, u umivaoniku dlake od prošlih gostiju, u kuhinji sve prljavo - od površine do posuđa, skoro pa da se i raspada koliko je sve staro. U spavaćoj sobi najneudobniji krevet koji kad se pomjerite toliko škripi da budite osobu koja spava pored vas. Sofa/dodatni ležaj u dnevnoj sobi jedva se razvuče koliko se raspada, a da o njegovoj prljavštini i ne pričamo. Sve u svemu - sve je preprljavo i toliko staro da ti apartmani ne zaslužuju kategorizaciju 4 zvjezdice već maksimalno 3 ili 2+.

Villaggio proprio sul mare a poca distanza da humago centro.

Abbiamo perso tanto tempo a cercare nostro alloggio con la cartina, avremmo preferito essere accompagnati.

The apartment was close to the beach.

The noise: the cleaning, maitenance workers started early in the morning, before 8 AM to clean the roads with loud machines.

Great location, the apartment is fairly spacious.

Very dirty. The beach had cigarettes and other trash everywhere, they charge for umbrellas and chairs but don't make any effort to clean the small beach. They clean around the apartments by basically just using leaf blowers but lots of the rubbish never gets picked up that way..The pool was crowded, the kid's splash pad area would be great but half of it isn't working. The regular pool was crowded, yet no cleaning staff to be seen all day, so it resulted in waste and trash floating in the pool. The other pool was closed, no explanation why. Should be rated 2 stars at best and about half the price for what it is. The staff were polite and severely understaffed, had to wait 40 minutes in line just to check out. You will get nickel and dimed for everything at some of the highest prices in Europe if you try any of the kid's activities offered.

Excellent site, good value for money

The site is very well designed and maintained. There are pools, lounging chaira, bara, restaurants, a good supermarket, everything you need. The apartments are well equipped as well.

The apartman is a little outdated and not in the best shape anymore.

Croatian preseason at its finest

Location, proximity to sea

Appliances were broken and missing, water pipe was spreading water all over place, doors frim bedroom were unable to open, starting microwawe was lottery. Just poor state of apartment, couple of light bulbs not working on patio so when night falls visibility is questionable.. I understand that it's preseason but you can't rent apartment with half of stuff broken and/or not working. 30 meters from apartment heavy machinery building new buildings making huge noise during whole stay... Room description says 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, reality is that there is no room with single beds all are queen beds.

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff.

We especially liked the location. In comparison to previous years, the kitchen was well equipped with kitchenware. And of course, the whole staff was very friendly and helpful.

The beds and the couch (used also for sleeping) were really uncomfortable. The couch really needs to be replaced with a new one. Even the bed mattresses in the bedroom need to be replaced. We all had backaches.

We booked 4 nights in august but the appartement was old and not nice. We actually left day earlier. Super busy tourist trap, for some exactly what they like but not for us..

Great vacation!!!

Clean flat, good service. Nice pool area and beach areas. But it’s a place mostly for families with smaller children.

No oven in the apartment. Broken bed lamps on arrival (they were quickly replaced). A bit worn down.

Two-star family resort

Good location by the sea, not too far from Umag and close to the tennis stadium. The tennis courts are excellent!

The facilities (esp. the apartments) are old, worn-out, and the cleaning was non-existing. The kitchen can hardly be used, utensils are old and useless. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.

Very close to the beach, spacious and clean. Close to restaurants. The cleaning staff was very nice and when there was a problem at one time, it was fixed imeefiately.

Outdated, noisy, if you moved a chair, the whole neighborhood could hear it, the doors were not closing properly, not even one key in the rooms. I was not happy in this respect regarding the amount I paid for the stay. Hardly 3 stars and definitely not 4. The kitchen was not well-equipped. Nevertheless, I had a good time because I decided not to focus on the negative.
