Ótima experiência! Sou exigente e com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Quarto amplo, cama confortável, roupa de cama e banho limpas e confortáveis. Chuveiro com bom fluxo e água quente e fornecimento de Kit de Amenities. Café da manhã bem servido e delicioso. O nosso quarto especificamente tinha janela anti-ruído, não tivemos problema com barulho, mas o quarto era no prédio anexo, um pouco mais afastado, o que pode ter ajudado. Se o quarto for virado para a rua é possível que o barulho incomode.

O quarto não tinha luz sem ser de teto, pedimos abajour que foi rapidamente providenciado. Também não tinha mesa de cabeceira para todos os hóspedes. Não havia circulação de ar no banheiro. Esses pontos não atrapalharam nossa estadia, mas sentimos falta.

Simplesmente impecável! Nota 10 para os funcionários! Todos muito simpáticos e educados!! Atendimento sensacional. Além da estrutura, claro. Tudo muito lindo, cheio de detalhes… limpo, organizado e confortável. Cama deliciosa.

Gostei de tudo, o lugar é lindo, os quartos confortáveis, a área externa é linda, piscina ótima, tudo perfeito, o café da manhã está delicioso, voltaria com ctz as próximas vezes

Só acho que deveria ser um pouco mais estendido o check in e o checkout, pois a entrada é 14:00 horas e saída 12:00 não dá nem 24horas de estadia

Estadia decepcionante

Localização

Nos hospedamos no hotel pelo fato da minha filha está morando em Ouro Preto. Depois de uma boa caminhada, retornamos ao hotel para tomar um banho e jantarmos no Olga, restaurante do Hotel. Neste momento nossa filha chegou no hotel para deixar o nosso neto de 10 anos que nos acompanharia no jantar. Para o nosso espanto e indignação, o garoto foi proibido de subir ao nosso apto. Determinaram a ele que nos aguardasse na recepção. Não acreditando no ocorrido, descemos na recepção para resolver o mal estar. O recepcionista contactou a gerência e foi mantida a proibição. Constrangidos e desapontados, saímos sem banho e sem troca de roupa para um jantar fora do hotel, frustrando uma noite que seria agradável em companhia do nosso neto.

Áreas externas são lindas, bem cuidadas. Piscinas e academia, são ótimas. Funcionários gentis e solícitos.

Café da manhã fraco para um hotel desse nível. Poucas opções de pães, frios e mamão sem casca, todos moles. Ovos e queijo coalho frios. Café muito abaixo da média para um hotel desse nível. Quarto small também não vale a pena para uma estadia acima de três diárias, melhor investir em um quarto maior. Colchão também muito mole.

Café da manhã bem variado, com diversos itens feitos na hora em fogão mineiro. Jardins, terraços e vistas maravilhosos. Equipe cordial e eficiente. Limpeza impecável de todas as instalações.

Super Lage und wunderschönes historisches Hotel (Lobby, Bar, Restaurant) Schönes Hallenbad Sehr gutes Restaurant und Bar

Badezimmer ohne Fenster und mit freistehender "alter" Badewanne und Duschvorhängen gewöhnungsbedürftig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen Personal zwar nett und bemüht, aber teilweise überfordert (kein Senior Management verfügbar)

Great hotel with a lot of character

Great hotel with a lot of character, the king suite was suburb. Staff were great in assisting with rose petals for a special anniversary.

Only minor point noted was the outdoor pool and shower area was currently undergoing renovation. Indoor pool (heated) was still available for use.

Pleasant

The hotel is really beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of the historic district. The room is lovely, staff was very prompt to help and give us nice recommendations. Shout out to Pedro at the reception, very attentive and welcoming.

The price, however, was far too high for what we got. I have previously stayed at hotels with better facilities at a lower cost. Staff was lovely and accommodating, but quite untrained especially at the restaurant. I understand it was a busy time, but beware that you’ll be paying for the location more than for comfort and service.

The place is very beautiful

Upon checkout time they basically threw us out of the hotel. Horrible Service awareness for a “5 stars” hotel. We thought about taking another night and quickly realized it’s not worth it. In addition, the breakfast was tame and basically equals a “3 star” hotel breakfast. Very disappointing

A very good hotel to stay in your visit to Ouro Preto.

A very good hotel to stay in your visit to Ouro Preto. A traditional building across the street to one of the classic baroque churches of Ouro Preto. Easy access to all the historical buildings in downtown area. Close to the intercity bus station. Breakfast is wonderful, truly a feast of traditional mineira cuisine served around a traditional wood stove. Felt like going back to the house of my grandmother in the countryside of Minas Gerais. Toiletries are of exceptional quality. Staff is kind, warm, friendly and helpful. Most certainly, the best pick among the three top high-end hotels in Ouro Preto.

Some of the rooms are getting a little dated and could benefit from a simple coat of paint on the walls. Lighting could also be upgraded.

We absolutely loved to stay at this hotel, location was perfect, in center but outside the busy areas, the hotel is impeccably decorated and super cozy. the beds and pillows are super comfortable. the breakfast is outstanding with the food being cooked on a wood fire. I will be back for sure!

Absolutely lovely

Very lovely grounds and beautiful architecture. Rooms were squeaky clean, and while the bathroom could use some TLC, it was comfortable and the shower was good. One of the rare places where the bed was as inviting as my own, with a warm duvet during the colder nights. Breakfast was very, very good and staff were extremely pleasant. Restaurant at night was quite good.

Hot water ran out by mid-morning, so we weren't able to shower after enjoying breakfast and before heading out for the day.
