Precisa urgente de uma reforma em todo hotel.

De bom somente a localização e o tamanho do quarto. Café da manhã aceitável e com variedades.

Hotel parou no tempo! Tudo muito velho e algumas coisas mal cuidadas. O quarto que fiquei até a fechadura estava danificada. Um funcionário entrou no quarto só empurrando a porta, sorte que eu estava dentro dele. Frigobar enferrujado e um dos pés quebrado. Banheiro com banheira velha e cortina de plástico. Corredores e elevador com cheiro de mofo. Resumindo: nem de longe a nota que o hotel tem na plataforma condiz com a realidade.

Séjour confortable.

Le buffet au petit déjeuner et la proximité du centre ville. Le personnel très agréable. Certains parlent anglais.

L’établissement est rustique et pas assez moderne. La literie est un peu dure.

O quarto muito confortável, cama grande, vista linda. O café da manhã sempre maravilhoso.

Do pouco tempo que passei e não pude curtir a piscina.

A localização é excelente, o café da manhã é bem variado, o staff do hotel é muito solicito e o quarto é bem espaçoso.

A umidade do quarto é muito alta, obviamente pelas condições climáticas da cidade, porém o hotel poderia avaliar a possibilidade de controlar a excessiva umidade no quarto.

Não gostei do modelo do chuveiro como era uma banheira, o medo era grande de cair mais fora isso tudo maravilhoso quero voltar novamente...

Apesar de conhecer a instalação a empresa não deu suporte algum

Telefone não atendeu… e concluiu minha hospedagem… não é justo ser negativado ou ter custos.

Can't go wrong with this place.

The staff was incredible, very friendly, attentive, and responsive. The food was divine, very fresh and tasty , also had a plethora of choices.

When in Belém, i always stay at this hotel, but the rooms could use a renovation. Our toilet was leaking, the bathroom ceiling was cracked, the panel by the bed where the electrical outlets were, came off the wall. I won't complain too much because you get what you pay for after all. As long as food is good and the place is clean, I'm content.

haveatayed there many times over the years, but no longer

biggest problem was internet in room- must have for me. Worked fine in hotel lobby, but not at all in room. Staff took several hours of saying "technician is there checking, else will change room to resolve." none of which happened . Sympathetic to internet issues in Belem, but this far exceeded norms for a 4* hotel

Amazing staff. Very friendly and always ready to help with a smile on their face.

Building need to be taken care. If you turn off the air conditioning the humidity will drip from the ceiling (condensation) - you will wake up with a rain indoors. Please invest in some dehumidifier immediately.
