it has all the needed elements for a good hotel, particularly after suffering from a cold hotel to this one and found a boiler is right on the table, so I can have warm water whenever needed. to me it is civilization. for those hotel not provide hot water to guests missed the humanity feeling. too bad, those people should not open hotel.
if the hotel not be able to provide fresh food for breakfast, then they should not say breakfast is enclosed. because what they provided is not a breakfast, it is snack or refreshment. during Covid, some hotel prepared breakfast bag, that time is over. it should not continue doing things like this.

A renovated hotel retaining nicely its classic style. Well furnished, spacious room, equipped with a dining table, a cupboard, a kettle with coffee and tea, and with a nice view. Helpful staff (though not present always). A novel and very welcome feature of the hotel was the dedicated basket in the fridge, associated with each room, where we could put our food and drinks; it proved very valuable, particularly in the mornings.
Mediocre breakfast, from the night before (when an early opening supermarket offering also fresh bread was near by).

What an amazing hotel! we loved our 3 days here. Location is a 10. Right in the downtown area close to all the shops and restaurants. Next to the hotel is a supermarket which is super convenient. The family who owns and run the hotel are amazing! Always ready to help you with anything you need. The room was fantastic. Super clean, comfortable, and super cozy. Breakfast is super complete, they leave it for you wrapped and ready just in case you need to take it with you on a tour. I will definitely be coming back.

First, the location was very nice. Street parking right outside the door and two places to buy food for the day immediately out the door. Other restaurants are a short walk away. Second, the staff was great, spoke English very well, and helped us with any questions we had. Third, the little touches, like breakfast in the room, a refrigerator to keep food, and water coolers in the building, were all great and made our stay much easier and more pleasant.
Not much. The ceiling going upstairs was short for me (I’m tall) but I can’t think of any other negatives.

Location was great, about two blocks away from the main hustle and bustle. Rooms were super clean and comfortable and you have a great view of Lago Argentina!

it doesn’t offer breakfast.

-The lady in the reception helps the guests if they need informations about excursion in Calafate
-10 minutes walking to the city center of Calafate
-The room/toilet were clean
-The rooms facing the main Calafate street are REALLY noisy, especially on Saturday night. They should get better window. If you’re light sleeper ask for a room facing the back or you’ll not be able to sleep. (I asked to change room after the first night and even if in the beginning the reception lady says was not possible, after complaining she manage to give us a room facing the back)
-Breakfast was really basic. All the days the same things: 2 cakes (always the same), ham and cheese. More variety would have been appreciated.

Good value, cleanness of the room, friendly staff. My overall impression of property and the town is good.
Noisy cafe across the street with loud music that kept me awake at night (even earplugs didn't help), although it isn't the hotel's fault apparently.
