Kitchen and Family room: Open concept kitchen and Family room space is equipped with Cortz counters tops, beautiful white shaker cabinets, large pantry, LG stainless steel appliances, 6’ island w/6 bar stools (perfect to entertain on and to enjoy late night card or board games). Fully furnished kitchen, with dishes that serve 12 people. Pots, pans, square griddle (for stove top), hand mixer, knifes and steak knife set, cookie sheets, 9x12 glass Pyrex cake pan, mixing bowls, serving dishes, blender, ice maker (in freezer), K-cup coffee maker, tea kettle, garbage disposal, dishwasher, Brita water filtration system, toaster, blender etc. It’s ready and equipped for you to be your own chef for the day. Bon Appetite! The family room has beautiful furnishings and has a queen Murphy bed that hides away, in the wall, during the day and creates extra sleeping for 2 at night. Extra blankets and pillows available. 50” Roku TV with Nintendo Wii gaming system, DVD player, TV is loaded with many apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. (you can sign into your account to watch your favorite show), Comcast Cable and high speed Wi-Fi. This is a fantastic place to stay -- and the hot tub is AMAZING -- if you're looking to ski at a variety of Utah resorts. We went to Snowbasin, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude during our trip... all less than an hour away!

The property was ideally located for us. Only about 25 minutes to SLC and about 40 minutes to Brighton and Solitude mountains. It was our first time in Utah and we were there to ski and snowboard, so it couldn't have been better. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee, etc. only minutes from property.
The property was extremely clean and well stocked. Jon and Karen were very responsive and available to help us if we needed it. We felt secure and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay again. The hospitality and snow quality in Utah definitely lived up to the hype!

My boyfriend and one of our best friends stayed here for almost a whole week to ski Snowbird mountain. we rented a car, parked in the designated spot in the driveway and had the perfect amount of space for us three in this unit. We used the hot tub every night and could even see the mountains a bit from there. 25 min drive to the ski resort, 2-5 min drive to anywhere you need in the area including coffee, grocery store, etc. 40ish min drive to Park City. the hosts were very welcoming and communicative, and I highly recommend this property for anyone’s trip out to Salt Lake!

Just as listed/pictured. Well appointed and organized with all the necessities. Clean, modern and well designed. The spacious outdoor area is a treat with hot tub, fire pit, grill, lighting, and versatile seating. Quiet and safe walkable neighborhood. Convenient location for airport, downtown, mountains and Park City. Dedicated parking space in driveway. Jon and Karen were very accommodating and afforded us complete privacy despite their residence upstairs. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

We were so impressed with this rental. It was beautifully furnished and was very well stocked...especially with thoughtful extras-Keurig pods, yummy candy dish, and even a spice rack!! It was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the patio area with the awesome hot tub and fire pit! The hosts were wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable.

Exceeded expectations
My sister and 10 yo son stayed here while in town for a wedding. The property was exceptionally clean which is my main priority when seeking accommodations during this pandemic. The mattresses were great and there were plenty of towels. There were so many extra touches- like cotton balls and extra toothbrushes etc. I greatly appreciated the keurig coffee samples and my son enjoyed dipping into the complimentary bowl of snacks. Generally, I am hesitant about hot tubs but this one was super clean and so we enjoyed it at all times of the day. Location was easy drive to Park City, snowbird, alta . I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Accommodations Right At The Mountains
My best and myself came to Utah to go hiking in the mountains for four days. The rental house was absolutely perfect. It was gorgeous and so clean. The hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings and relax tired muscles. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us; there are two queen beds in the bedroom. We are talking about making this an annual trip and have already decided that if it is available, we’re staying here again.

We loved our stay in Sandy! The decor was beautiful and all the nice touches made it feel like a luxury stay and in a very private cozy setting. The owners were very attentive in making sure the hot tub was working properly and it was great to come back after a hike in the nearby canyon to the hot tub and fire pit . The young adults loved using the wii and the beds were comfy and we found everything we needed. Thanks so much! We will remember this getaway for the future

Great Place, Especially for Skiing!
We had a wonderful experience! Jon and Karen were very personable and helpful with any of our questions. The place is beautifully decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen, very comfortable beds, lovely linens, wonderful shower, and boot/glove heaters. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing with it's very powerful jets! It's also very convenient to drive to skiing or to a bus stop to go up either Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon.

What a well designed, well thought-out space this is. The layout was perfect for our group. All the appliances and furnishings are new, it was fully stocked with everything we needed and extremely well organized. Best of all the hot tub was waiting for us at the end of the ski day. Awesome place to stay for skiing Alta/Snowbird
Place is exactly as described and the attention to detail from the owners is excellent. From the generous plush towels, coffee, and welcome snacks, to the wide array of cooking tools and a grill immediately outside the door; this is a place I'll return to when skiing in Utah. Great spa kept at perfect temperature was the icing on the cake after 2 days of skiing hard. Very quiet neighborhood so if you're wanting to party, this is not the place for you but this was the perfect spot for me and my son for a quick ski trip. There's also a park & ride location about a mile away to catch a ski bus which we did on the 2nd day to avoid the need to put on chains.

Great central location
Whether you want to hit the slopes, Salt Lake City or Park City, this is the perfect location. The UTA ski bus stop is just over a mile down the road at Walgreens and became our main transportation to Snowbird. Every evening we came back to the apartment to enjoy grilling out and chilling in the hot tub. The back porch is completely covered so even if it's raining or snowing, enjoying the patio is not affected. The kitchen was completely stocked with all we needed as were the bathrooms and laundry area. If we did need help for any reason, the owners, who reside above, immediately responded and addressed any issues. We enjoyed getting to know them and were a joy to talk with. The drawers of K cups were such a treat as were the boot warmers which we used each night. My 6'2 son slept on the murphy bed in the living room which proved to be very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and the price was very reasonable.
