Siamo stati bene ma si può migliorare

La posizione dell'albergo è perfetta, lo staff molto cordiale. La camera pulita e di dimensione adeguata.

La camera era leggermente fatiscente: carta da parati da cambiare e nel bagno piastrelle rotte e rubinetto della doccia funzionante ma traballante, perché parzialmente staccato dal muro. La camera generalmente silenziosa, a parte la mattina tra le 5.00 e le 7.00 dove arrivava dalla corte sottostante un rumore di tegami e pentole molto forte.

Great staff, nice room, and lovely stay.

Good location to all shopping and sites, yet on a quieter street than some other hotels; even the rooms on the street have little traffic noise. Excellent staff. Air conditioning was great, which was much appreciated.

First room smelled a little like another guest had smoked inside but the staff quickly relocated me to a better room.

Great location and great rooms.

The WiFi connection could have been better, it was very patchy and inconsistent. Also- don’t order a cab from the hotel- I got absolutely ripped off by the driver who chronically overcharged me for a 5 minute trip to the station. Or perhaps arrange the fee in advance with the driver or hotel to make sure you can come to an agreement beforehand. It was an experience that made the end of my stay incredibly unpleasant and a reason I would perhaps not stay here again.

Great location in Orvieto

Location was great. Clean hotel, comfy beds. Quiet. Lovely staff. Would return.

Room was not very big and the toilet door didn't open all the way as it hit the bidet. Bit annoying but not a deal-breaker.

They need to remodel the whole hotel.

The location was at Cities of Skies.

1. AC did not work and hotel staffs would not admit the mistake and help to fix my room. Only excuses were given. 2. Breakfast sucked, did not worth the extra price. 3. The added bed was super soft, not comfortable at all. 4. Towels were way too thin. 5. No elevator to move the luggage. 6. Fridge did not light up, did not work at all.

Pleasant

Simple but good selection. Being vegan I was very limited for a more 'im on holiday' type of breakfast but I'm used to it. Grateful for the oat milk

AC didn't work. I left a bottle of soap in the bathroom. We left baggage there. Would have been nice if I had been informed I had left something in the room when I came back. It was a full bottle. The reason I say this is because it seems like a small enough size hotel.

Wonderful stay in Orvieto

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Our booking said we would have an inner courtyard room but we ended up looking out at the road. We didn't make a fuss about it but without earplugs it would have been a little noisier. The hotel itself is in a nice area of Orvieto but it is about a 40 min walk to the train, just to be aware of. There are busses and a tram you can take to speed that up though.

Saggy Mattress, Otherwise Fine.

Well-kept and clean. It’s in the center not far, but not very close to the Duomo and the important museums. It is close to two of the best restaurants in town, La Polomba and Il Malandrino. Piazza della Repubblica is a handsome place.

The mattress in room 50 was terrible. It took me two nights to realize this. I flipped it over, and it was OK for another night, but then almost as bad as before. They close the front desk at 7:30, which I didn’t find a problem, but you might.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Orvieto.

Great driving directions directly to hotel with safe and secure parking included. I appreciated the options of having a TV with English language. Bed was firm and excellent. Room was quiet with a window for fresh air. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Uncommon bath and hand towels. Similar to a typical restaurant’s or airline napkins.
