Oakwell guest house was located very close to Bridlington harbour and very quiet.
Nothing apart from a bath, but the shower was very clean and worked perfectly.

The room was clean with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast was really nice and the hosts very friendly. The location is perfect walking distance for the Spa. I looked to book again but they were fully booked, am hoping for a cancellation, only half joking xx
Ps the parking is free too, an added bonus. Another lovely touch was the flask of fresh milk for the room, never had that before

A fantastic B&B in a great location, on a road with a Tesco Superstore on one end and the coast on the other! Chris and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. There were many nice touches like fresh milk in a small flask for tea and coffee in the room with a small fridge to keep it fresh; the permit for parking being digital so no need to think about it whilst staying and plenty of on-street parking nearby. Breakfast was fab, and it was a decent shower too.
I'm not a big fan of TVs being on during breakfast but it wasn't on the second day so that was a bonus.

Breakfast was lovely, quality bacon, not so great quality sausages though!
Beautifully cooked and presented.
Comfy bed and a quiet room.
Very stained and dirty hall and stairs carpets, a bad first impression.
Very cramped twin room.
No decent selection of t.v. programmes ,only about 6 available to watch.
The owners large dog roaming around in dining room, not everyone wants a dog in a dining area!!

Very friendly and accommodating. Provided safe storage for our bicycles happily. Breakfast was lovely.
We managed ok but perhaps an extra plug socket or two in the room would have been handy for charging phones and GPS units.
