Чудесен апартамент

Апартаментът е чудесен. Обзаведен е с всички необходими за домакинството вещи, мебели и електроуреди.Чист и нов е. Местоположението му също ни беше много удобно. Престоят ни беше много комфортен.

Няма такова нещо.

We spent four wonderful days in Plovdiv

The apartment was built in 2019, is excellently furnished with modern furniture and equipment, and has its own parking lot. The city center can be reached by bus in 10 minutes from the apartment. The bus ticket can be purchased from the driver for 0.5 EUR. Sylvia provided me with detailed information before trip and during my stay.

Cosy Comfortable Apartment within easy access of the Old Town and Roman Ampitheatre

This is a wonderful apartment in Plovdiv which is both spacious and comfortable. Easy access by car to the historic old town of Plovdiv and the Roman Ampitheatre which is a must. The hosts were very kind in sending us all the access details via message and with photos which made the whole process of checking-in so much easier (especially as we arrived quite late on). The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great too. There is easy-access parking at the back and the back road leads out easily to the main road. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a stop over while in Plovdiv. 5 stars!!

Excellent location. The street is extremely quiet, and very close to the city center. Very pleasant ambience. Spacious, modern, functional. The building is new and exceptionally clean. For every recommendation. We look forward to returning in 12 days... 😄😄😄

There is a reason why this place retains 9.9, it's perfect. I had the best sleep in 9 days of my travel. Better than hotels.

A bit away from the center? But it's only 25minute walk. And there are buses right in front of the building every 10 minutes from morning till late at night.

Perfect apartment

The apartment was amazing, very clean and had everything we could possible need. Host was also very responsive and proactive. It is not very close to the historical center, but there is a bus that stops almost i front of the apartment that will take you there, a lot easier than try to drive and park. There a supermarket 700m from the apartment and a couple restaurants around (not a lot of options, but enough). I wish all hosts pay that much attention to cleaning and guest needs :)

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay in The Place - very very comfortable for travelling with kids especially! The apartment is equipped with everything that we needed (or we might have needed) for a couple of days, we used the kitchen area and the parking lot with great pleasure and felt quite calm and cozy inside the property. It is located some 6-7 bus stops away from the centre of the town (10-15 min) and this was very convenient for our small walks. The host was very gentle and conveyed nice hospitality. I would definitely recommend this venue to friends.

I have nothing specific as an objection, we liked the place entirely :)

Cozy clean apartment at a good location

The apartment was cozy, well decorated and clean. Everyone should feel at home there. The location is good close to the city center but without the noise. Amenities within the apartment were perfect and enough for a pleasant stay there. Definitely will consider it for our next family stay in Plovdiv. The apartment was close to the Youth hill which have a nearby park and also Children's railroad which is nice attractions.

Nothing in particular. The train could be heard from the bedroom from time to time but this doesn't affect our sleep(we were with a baby there).

Extraordinary !!!

The best place to stay!! if we could rate it more than 10 we would rate it 100!! A new apartment in a new building, convenient parking, very accessible, equipped with all you need! We received very precise instructions regarding the self check-in. I was very convenient. Perfect!!

Superb

Very clean and modern apartment , great value for money, everything is very well thought through and arranged (shampoos, disposable slippers, etc). Easy check in, easy to find by car, private parking. Maybe just a minor aspect to highlight - there is a railway not far, and one can hear it, but with an open window and not loud.

Everything is excellent in the apartment.

The place is modern, clean, and comfortable. It provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a couple or a small family. The pictures were true to reality. Our host communicated clearly and responded quickly to our questions. Will definitely recommend.

Exceptional

Exceptionally clean, nice interior design, all new furniture. Lovely view from the two balconies. A huge plus for the dedicated parking lot. Particularly happy with the host attitude - very considerate, very quick to respond, precise check-in instructions and adequate answers to my requests. Comfortable bed (and I tend to wake up with back aches in most hotels room I stay in). Well equipped kitchen, appreciated when travelling with kids. Plovdiv is unforgiving during hot summers, but air conditioning on the property saves the day.

Located in a quiet residential area reachable by car, taxi cab or public transport, but walking to the city centre might take longer.
