Bel établissement mais chambre mansardée

Un accueil très professionnel et chaleureux. Une aide efficace pour la réservation du dîner La décoration de très bon goût et la petite taille de l'établissement. Rapport qualité prix très correct.

Nous avions une chambre en mansarde dont la moitié n'est pas accessible à une personne de grande taille. Très petites fenêtres. La localisation certes un peu à l'écart de la zone commerciale mais qui exige de prendre la voiture même pour aller au restaurant proche..

A beautiful boutique B&B that is great value for money

Just a beautiful boutique B&B with spacious well appointed rooms. The restaurant associated with this B&B is about 500m walk and it was outstanding.

Location not ideal for walking to any sites but that was made up with it being such a nice property.

Amazing!

Beautiful room and the manager/owner was so helpful and friendly. It felt like staying with friends. The breakfast was amazing, better than most fancy hotels I have stayed at. I would come back for sure!

Winter at Modena, gig at the Cotton Club

More than anything, the staff was exceptionally kind and aim to please the guests. The first unit (small flat separated from the main building) we were lodged in didn't have any functional heating, except for an AC in the bedroom. During a modest yet still a great breakfast, we mentioned it to Veronica (<3), and immediately she went to check it and offered us the best available unit with no bother from our part, just packing our bags and she'll take care of it all. Wonderful costumer service, you are the BEST! This unit was so much better than the first one, highly recommended (see pics).

As said before, the first unit we were lodged in didn't have functional radiators and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at best. Luckily, it was late and we were very tired. In addition, the distance from Modena city center and the rarity of, should I say even lack of, public transport. There is a taxi service available via WhatsApp. Yeah, for Italian numbers. The system ignores messages received from foreign numbers. We had to ask for favors from random people, wasn't fun at all but grazie mille, all the good ppl of Modena!

Superb

The breakfast was excellent with good selection of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and delicious cakes and breads. The room was very spacious with a huge bathroom, the property was nicely appointed. Location was great as we were booked for dinner into their restaurant Antica Moka which was just down the road - the meal was astonishingly good!

My only comment here would be that the bed was a little disappointing, it was a good bed but not the best compared to the rest of our journey - this is a minor niggle.

easy to park. book in advance their restaurant which is one of the best in Modena and v authentic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean and lovely accommodation and breakfast. Delicious dinner at Antica Moka - the restaurant which belongs to the same owner just down the road.

Lovely, cozy hotel, amazing breakfast

Lovely, quiet place with free private parking. Very clean, the rooms were big and comfortable, and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Local delicacies and homemade cakes.

It's a little far from the actual centre of Modena but that didn't bother us because we had a car the whole time. The wifi was very slow, but again, it didn't really matter :)

Breakfast is great! Staff is helpful and friendly. We are happy we were allowed to check in earlier that the normal check in time. We drove from Malpensa Airport after a 12 hour flight from Singapore therefore it was great that we can check in early.

Exceptional

The property was amazing and the room beyond our expectations as it related to comfort and design. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and well designed and furnished. The complementary breakfast was very delicious and contained everything you would want in an Italian breakfast. The breakfast had so much food it was hard to sample everything. We will definitely stay at this property again and 100% recommend it to others.

Big Bathrooms and Rooms

Very large and comfortable room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Very pleasant breakfast and very secure on site parking.

The immediate location around the hotel is a bit rough, but there are still good resturants in walking distance. It is an excellent location for getting to the Enzo Ferrari Museum and the motorway.

Great stay while in Modena

Great little place to stay in Modena. Close enough to attractions in the city center, although you’ll need a car if you stay here. The breakfast the staff prepared in the morning was perfect, and we had a little patio area off of our unit which was very nice to relax at night. Great stay.

The room and property are exceptional, very clean. We had a very good breakfast with many options. The staff there are very helpful and accomidating. She made many calls to try to get us a parmesan tour.

The city of Modena is extremely hard to navigate. A restaurant was recommended by the staff and we were unable to find it and even if we did parking down town is awful. We found a lical place a little up the road and it met the need.
