Nice resort in the city.

A nice e resort considering it is in a city. The pool is nice. The semi buffet breakfast was good. It is close key attraction like adventure cove and universal studios, although shuttle is needed.

The shower room can't drain water away. We have to use minimal water to make sure it is not flooded before we finish the shower. Called the hotel to fix it but it didn't improve. Water pressure was weak and temperature was not stable. Slme hotel staff are obviously very green, while some staff didn't seem too friendly, although we could also find some good ones at the tangerine dining place Room temperature was not stable as well. It is sometimes cold and sometimes warm.

One of the best!

First of all, I would like to say big thanks to all service staff at the hotel which include: concierge, check in, cleaning, help desk etc. They were all patient and friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests’ request. The culture of this hotel is commendable. We loved the space! The room is very spacious. It attaches with a large balcony which faces the green forest and you can hear bird chirping in the morning. Other things we like: Huge bathroom (shower and toilet separated, two basins, large bathtub with TV) Comfortable bed and sofa Outdoor chair and table where you can enjoy the view My family enjoyed the staycation so much and can’t wait to be back in the near future.

Maybe compare to other 4-5 ★ hotels the room amenities and mini bar selection are limited, not a big issue for me.

Fantastic spot

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. Sitting on our balcony overlooking the forest we could listen to all the birds. The place is amazingly quiet. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Also the shuttle runs every 6 minutes to the other related hotels and casino. We liked not being at the main hub. You will not be disappointed.

The main restaurant did not have a full bar.

Location,view, spacious, well organized, practical & beautiful lobby, super friendly & helpful staff.

The sink water circle in my Room 0752 was suffering from a water drainage issues but it was minor in my stay

great friendly staff. Rooms were very large compared to others on Sentosa. Pool was lovely.

Would stay other hotels closed to beaches if there is another opportunity.

This hotel is recommended to those who want to hide away from city life conveniences and beaches.

Room facilities are designed for Chinese group travellers from Mainland China rather than those who are used to other luxurious resort hotels and villas operated by western hotel operators. Considering the hotel is a part of the Integrated Resort complex including Casino, it is natural to see some guests with Tattoos could be preferred by Gangsters in the swimming pool. But, I did not want to let my kids see such. Breakfast price and quality is not reasonable comparing to Hotels in City hall and/or Promnade areas.

I won't recommend this hotel, or even other hotels at the Resort World unless if you want to spend a

Staff - The staff were super friendly, willing to help, and help as much as they could. Sometimes, it was a bit hard to communicate in English, but no big deal, Eventually, we got to understand each other. Location - Just next to the water park. So if you plan to just stay in the water, this is the perfect location. Room - Decent size, big enough for a family of three. Chinese restaurant - It was OK. The last resort when you are dealing with a hungry and tired kid!

Honestly, if you go to Sentosa and stay at any hotel in the Resort World, get ready for super expensive foods and services. The restaurants, especially if you are travelling with the littler ones, are very challenging to find a good one. I mean those who serve something good for the little ones. Unfortunately, the information provided on Booking.com was not compete and true, and we knew it too late, just after we arrived and stayed there. Summarizing as below: 1- The breakfast at Equarius Hotel is a so-called semi-buffet breakfast, i.e. a western dish (very small!!!) and a local dish (if you like Asian dishes). Other than that, you can enjoy sweet pastries, muffins, and some other bits and pieces which may help you get yourself full for a day of adventure ahead in the hot and humid day of Singapore. The worst thing was the waiting time to get it: at least half an hour waiting outside. When you asked why, you were told to come earlier, like 7am!!! What is the point of a holiday if I need to wake up early?! 2- The pool is not suitable for the little ones, not at all! We had to ask permission from out hotel manager to use the pool located at Hard Rock hotel. 3- The most disappointing item is that you won't know if you can use other amenities at other Resort World hotels, because it is not mentioned anywhere!!! We were lucky we asked. Why the hotel staff did not tell us upon arrival and check-in? I have no idea. 4- Room inclusions: No Nespresso machine - I am a coffee addict hahaha. No mini-bar. 5- Hotel bar: was there really a bar?! I did not see one!!!

Ok..but not a resort

hotel in general and house keeping team

Location is not on walking distance from all main attractions in sentosa including universal studios ...shuttle service takes long time No halal food options in hotel...and less continential items in menu mostly chinese or regional No muslim shower in bathrooms Its just a normal hotel and no resort facilities

An acceptable compromise but definitely not value for the amount of money we paid. Expected more.

Breakfast, not value for money, we expected the breakfast to be much better but was average at best. Rooms, size was acceptable but the furniture has seen better days, for a suite the leather dinning sofa had a big hole in it. Location of hotel, good if you are using the surrounding facilities but far if you want to go to the city. Maximum three days.

Breakfast, Location. Major problem with internet connection, one of the worst we have experienced among all my visits. Some of the staff were very helpful and others not at all.

A luxurious, quiet getaway

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and clean. And the bed was exceptionally comfortable!

It was a little further away from the rest of Resort World but the free shuttle and buggy services made that very easy to manage
