Very nice location, close to the beach. Friendly personel, good food.
3.0 / 5.0
The food was good and the location is fine. The place is clean as well.
The indoor pool had cold water. The room was cold when we arrived. The beach chairs are in front of rocks on the shore. The use of the cards are unnecessary, the room number should be sufficient when entering the Dining room.(you could lose the cards). Also, the self service was not self service and there was a lot of waiting in lines and wasted food. The coffee was awful!

Food is good and various.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Not too much in the "green" as it looks like from the pictures.
Not many activities for over 50s

Great location by the sea and great beach. The pools are good size and it is not at all cramped with people. We also appreciated the basket ball court, gym etc. It is the reason we selected the hotel and that was great.
The foods was not a great experience to say least. It was the opposite to cosy as it was really noisy, very big you had to wait in a line. The food was eatable, but not an enjoyment and there were no vegetable or healthy options. And no, it was not possible to avoid since it was mandatory to have half board and not many options around. A more exclusive experience without the buffet should be available - we paid 800 EUR per night for one family which I think is quite a lot given the standard of the rooms. It was the worst we have ever eaten on vacation and in Italy you expect more.

Relative calm (when no group), nice area with pines and shadow, beautiful private beach; sport area, spa with delicious massages, bikes to rent... A lot of things to just stay there
Not my type of hotel for a single stay (but very nice for my next holidays with wife and grandson!). Nice buffet, but too many people taking too much food that will be thrown away and I fear big queues in summer and over crowded area. Noisy when there are big groups of penguins (corporate events, sport clubs...). No close beautiful old Italian village, so a car is needed to escape the resort

Easy access to the beach! Awesome facility and amenities. We are excited to go back when the weather is warmer. The food was great and they even had evening entertainment for the family. It has everything to make for a great holiday get away!
Lots of ants in the rooms. Pool is not heated.

The quality of the food was excellent, if you could see beyond the serving temperature. We found the "by reservation only" bistrot restaurant excellent. None of the issues of the main restaurant, since there was only one sitting and a reserved table. The location in the woods/garden is wonderful. The staff were very nice, cordial and helpful.
Maybe not their fault, but with Covid restrictions requiring staff to serve at the buffet, there was not enough staff available to clear/clean/reset tables. This untidyness made it seem messy, when it really was probably not. None of food was ever served hot. The per diem cost seems a bit high compared to other areas.
