• Door codes: to be able to generate your personal door codes it is essential that you send us the mandatory details by Portuguese law (full name, birthday, nationality, ID or passport number), for each guest.
• Extra bed: the apartment will only be ready for 8 people, the 3 extra beds will only be ready upon previous request with an extra fee of € 10 (you don't pay this fee if your reservation is for 11 people).
• Breakfast: we offer a sweet deal at Nata Lisboa, the menu is € 3 per person (ask us in advance for the voucher).
• Luggage: we can help you do it for € 5 per piece.
• Cleaning service: extra cleaning service including towels and linens change is € 15, from 9 am to 5 pm.
