청결도가 너무 떨어짐 침대 불편

빠른 응대, 길건너 바로앞 레스토랑있는점

일단 화장실 여기저기에 분홍색 곰팡이,물때 보고 말 다했음.. 침대 머리맡에 먼지 수북히 쌓여있었고요 청소를 한게 맞는지 의문이 드는게 한두가지가 아니였습니다 침대도 매트리스가 울룩불룩 딱딱해서 잠을 너무 설쳤어요 주변에 편의점없어서 좀 걸어서 이동해야함

Spacious place with walking distance to Hakata Station.

Overall the place is quite spacious for 3 persons and there are enough space for 3 big luggages. It’s about 7-10 mins walk from Hakata station but it was not easy to find the direction at first. The place also have interactive pad for communication when you have question or need help.

It could have been better if there is a ventilation system with dry mode in the bathroom as it will help drying out the washed clothes especially during winter. It would also be great if there are hangers (not the wooden ones) to hang washed clothes. Also at the time we checked in the electronic door lock did’t work so we need to use the key room instead for the whole trip of 10 days which was not very convenient.

Es handelt sich um eine Unterkunft ohne Personal. Das Checkin ist jedoch sehr unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft ist grosszügig. Es hat eine kleine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und Waschmaschine (gratis). Die Unterkunft ist nahe vom Bahnhof. Dafür etwas weiter vom Zentrum / den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.

Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert. Es kommt kalte Luft sowie viel Strassenlärm rein. Einige Tassen waren nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten war es aber super.

部屋が広く、洗濯機と洗剤があった所です。物理的な鍵が無かったので、鍵を持ち歩いたりフロントに預ける手間も省けて良かったです。

クシや髭剃りなどのアメニティが無かった所です。思ってた以上に駅から遠かったです。

够大、舒适、方便

房间够大很舒适，离博多站走路去很方便，虽然没有前台，但相当于前台的一进公寓的两台平板和房间内的一个平板让check in，check out变得很简单方便了

餐具能否更新，有点旧显得不那么干净，床上给了一个枕头和两个靠垫，但靠垫套肯定不是每次都换洗的，所以希望多给一个枕头。

宿泊者はキー探と清楚からスタート

入室から大変でしたから良い点があるのかもですがプラスにはなりません

清掃について評価が良く無かった為、事前に確認しましたら、清掃や埃、備品は徹底する回答があった為、利用しましたが、回答だけで清掃、埃、カビ、排水汚れ、布団シミ、騒音と、悪い評価より更に悪かったです。入室したら即、水回り清掃、埃清掃、空気入れ替え、トイレは喫煙された後か、タバコ臭くてドアを閉められませんでした。また、3泊でしたが、タオルの予備を依頼してましたが、3泊で1組しか無く、大変残念でした。洗濯して使いましたが乾燥機があればまだしも、無くて小さなタオルを毎回洗い、ドライヤーで乾かして使用しました。また、洗濯機のネットには大量のゴミが入って居まして、こちらも清掃しました。入室から数時間は清掃ばかりで、大変でした。また、冷蔵庫内いが汚れだらけでした。電子レンジはカレー臭くて電子レンジも清掃しました。お皿、コップ、鍋は汚れだらけで、洗うの大変でした。あとは、ソファはダニが居るのか、座ったら、痒くなり皮膚が赤く成りました。清掃かよく無い評価を事前に伝え清掃をして頂く事前回答がありましたが、仮に清掃していたならば、今まで余程清掃されて無かったと、想像が着きます。清掃員が外部委託ならば、即変えた方が良いと思いました。自主管理でしたら残念です。また、鍵が電子キーとおもいましたら、キーボックスの利用で、事前説明が無く入室に手こずりました。電子キーの設置されてますが、使って無いならば取り外すか、事前説明を頂きたいです。入室番号案内が、1234※（例えばの番号です）で案内されましたが、※は全く理解できませんでした。キーボックス4桁の番号だけなら、わかりますが、※があり、電子キーの設置があるから（電源が入って無い）電子キーを触れても無反応で焦りました。※があるから電子キーと思ってしまいます。ドアノブの見えにくい下にキーボックス設置があり、4桁で、※は入れられないけど、番号入れたらキーボックスが空き、中にリアルキーがありました。全くややこしいです。

很棒值得再次入住的旅店

位置棒，走路8分鐘內到市區及24小時超市，大樓房間都很新，兩大一小空間充足，與照片完全相符，價格也很便宜，之後到福岡一定會在入住！

房間地上沙塵有點多，電視節目太少沒有Netflix

走到車站需要大約8-10分鐘，但還可以接受，一家五口很難訂房，有這種飯店式的民宿規格，可以簡單加熱食物，真的很棒！

配備齊全，cp值很高，超讚。最好在出發前就完成入住資料登錄，到的時候才能快速入住。馬路上車輛的聲音有些明顯，尤其是救護車等等的聲音，不過，不會聽到樓上或樓下等鄰居的聲響，整體住宿體驗很不錯！

Too ex for this type of apartment.

Been to many Airbnbs, the facilities inside the room is not up to expectation for the price. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. It was unsuitable for sleeping. We stayed for four night without change of towels. So not recommended for longer stay than two nights.

생각보다 넓고 하카타 역에서 별로 멀지 않아서 다른곳으로 이동하기 싑다

Nice accommodation.

The rooms and entrance are very nice. Good ameneties. The beds were situated on the roadside of the room which was a bit strange since it's a busy road.

Better keep out of the roadside balcony unless you have a spare set of socks (particulate matter)

후쿠오카숙소 여기. 괜찮아요

하카타역에서 가깝고 가족 넷이 이용하기에 숙소가 좁지않아 좋았어요 세탁기있어 좋고 욕조있어좋고 사전체크인으로 편히 입실했어요

차길이라 밤에 차소리ㅜ그건 아쉬웠어요 수건 하루치만 줘서 따로 헌수건 챙겨갔다가 버리고왔어요

ファミリーでゆくっりまったり滞在

事前にネットでチェックインしていたので、スムーズに入れた。部屋は思っていたより、広かった。ベッドも大人2人が寝ても充分、冷蔵庫も一人暮らし用の大きさで冷凍庫もあるタイプ。年末年始で近隣のお店が早くに閉店してしまい、家族で4-2で２部屋借りていたので、夜１部屋に集まって部屋飲みしたが窮屈感はなかった。丁度、真下の駐車場が空いていて助かった。コインパーキング式で3台分。空きがなくても、近くに有料立体駐車場等あるので心配はない。博多駅に近く、ホテルから歩いて行ける距離に飲食店が多い。少し歩くが、コンビニもある。ホテル裏にラーメン屋さんと居酒屋らしきお店がある。(年末年始は休み) 斜め向かいにガストもある。飲食には困らない。(スーパーは近くには見当たらなかった)

年末年始で、屋台が空いておらず中洲のラーメン屋さんへ行こうとタクシーを使ったが結構つかまるのに時間がかかり、その上距離もあった。繁華街へ行きたい方はタクシーを使わなくてはならないので、コスパはあまり良くないかも知れない。

A great place for longer term stay and make Hakata/FKK your point for day trips out.

It's feels like a service apartment and well design/suited for short stays - with all the amenities and automation for access. The toilet, sink and bathroom are all thoughtfully separated. It's possible to stay long term in this place for sure... another good thing is it's only 1 MRT stop away from the airport ~18min + 600m walk.

location is a little far from Hakata Station if you want to travel locally. Convenience store which is abundant everywhere in Japan is surprising not near this property but you can get food from a restaurant opposite or behind the property.

空間が広くリラックス出来た。8階だったため景色がとても良かった。

高いホテルに泊まるよりかは、コスパが良かった

きれいで、食器やフライパンなどもあって良かった。セキュリティがしっかりしていたのも良かったです。

洗濯機はあるけど、乾燥機がないのが残念でした。値段の割には、タオルやバスタオルなど一泊分しかないんのがなぁっても思いました。バスマットは、5人入るとベタベタになり、洗濯して使いました。

Great stay overall! Great location as it is just slightly less than 10min walk to Hakata station. The only small issue is that it can be noisy as it's near the main road. The room is of comfortable size for 2-3 people.

非常好！除了面臨馬路會有噪音影響夜間睡眠。

很喜歡有自己的廚房，可以自己下廚煮自己喜歡的東西，因為自己和家人吃素食，擔心在日本不方便吃素，所以希望才會找這種有廚房的家庭房，很喜歡。

因為房間臨馬路，夜間有人飆車，容易受到雜音影響的人，就會覺得吵。

Big room and easy walking distance to every thing, if noise is not a concern, it is a good choice.

It close to a big supermarket and transport hub is a big bonus, which is over expectation.

The owner sending too many email with not much contents, the worst complain is the traffic noise, it never stop during the day, particularly at night time, which is more than you could endure.

Ok, but wouldn’t recommend.

Easy checkin. Safe location.

Not cleaned well prior to our arrival (what is the cleaning fee used for if not for cleaning??) Had to clean surfaces with sanitizing wipes (see photo for dirt and dust) and found large toenail from prior guest on floor (see photo). Because we couldn’t trust the cleanliness of the dishes, we washed any dish/utensil before using it.

Overall a great stay.

It was clean and in a good location. We booked during summer so the walk to hakata station was a chore. Safe area, with very polite residents. The property helps you with any questions as well as for some last minute additions to your booking. Everything was self check in.

Check-in was at the property. It was simple but long, especially since i had to check-in for 5people. You had to take pictures of your passports if you are a foreigner. And i had to pay for the 2extra people at the self check in tablet at the entrance.
