I could not speak French, and the hotel staff also could not speak English. Some little barrier in communication

Spend your money somewhere else

The hotel was right where we wanted to be as we are poor on our feet so it was ideal in that way.

Very very poor decor plan and badly painted. The bathroom shower had a door missing no shower curtain no toilet roll holder no towel holder nothing for the shower head to clip into so shower with one hand Paid extra for breakfast no cold milk only flavoured tea flies in the orange juice taken away and for each day we were charged the full amount Only one bed side wall light worked no main light A bit of thought and very little money would put a lot right a bit of a one man operation I stayed in a lot better hostels And I don't write reviews but felt I needed to do this one I'd wished I'd spent another £100 somewhere else

Wunderbar, would like to visit again !!!

I came by Invitation for International Military Pilgrimage, and dont have much time to socialize during my stay.The staff is very friendly and helpful, like when i need Hot Water 😀 even though there was a misunderstanding bcs i dont speak French, only English and German. During my stay i felt like i was at Home. Close enough to Sanctuary. Would recommend with my friends if they want to visit Lourdes.

There was Live Music came from the Restaurant at night next door, that was hard for me to took slept, as i had to get up early morning to attend an event.

Easy to find and stay in the cender near the church.

Old building but clean and nice. For the price we paid is great. The view is tre river and church. Public parking with a very small charge in the front of the hotel, safe place to leave the car.

Absolutely outstanding. Caring and compassionate staff and two minutes from the grotto!

The experience was exceptional. You couldn't have met more warm and caring people. I was ill the first night there and the owner drove me to medical treatment. A lovely relaxed and very peaceful atmosphere. A lovely room with a balcony. Plus the advantage that it is one of the closest to the sanctuary. Lovely memories of Lourdes to take away. Our Blessed Mother and St Bernadette really took care of me sending me there. 5 star treatment.

The only good thing about the hotel was the close proximity to city centre and Sanctuary.

The hotel was very close to the Sanctuary which was ideal for us.

The hotel could do with a good refurbishment. Our room was very old and tired. The bathroom was also of very poor standard. Sink and toilet weren't secured properly to wall and floor. The heating was also not good. Very noisy and during the night we had to turn it off. Double bed not comfortable at all. A shame really as it has alot of potential.

Excellent location near Grotto & Basilica. Short drive to Gavarnie & up into mountains - beautiful!

Simple hotel, great value, great location, friendly, helpful staff.
